First and last time, I'll try with this trash. The employee looked like she hated life and had a very demeaning attitude. WHAT DAMN CAR RENTAL tells you that you can only drive 200 miles? The first time I heard this crap. I travel for work, and the company's agency 6 all reservations. When I got to the counter, she stated they required the money on the front desk. WHAAAAAAT???? Oh God!!!! I ended up not renting and waiting for Enterprise, who is the best option, without any stupidity. Sad they did not have one at this time. Why is this rental still open? Looking at the reviews, it seems that they don't care to listen to the clients as they all have a similar experience. DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!

Customer service ok except I didn’t get a receipt as they were closed when I dropped off the car, but called and got one. That said…one star = they gave me the worst quality car I’ve ever rented in about 30 years of 100s of rentals. Chevy Spark with 52,000 miles. Trash. I should have e refused it. Then, they tried to claim I damaged it. Yeah. Right.

I rented a Toyota Corolla from this location for 3 days weekend and it was a big mistake. My son and I arrived at the counter and the girl called us over to her computer without saying hi or smiled. The entire time she spoke to us like a answer machine and explain to us about their ridiculous limited milage policies. It was not like I would drive over 200.00 but that is ridiculous. My 15 years old son told me" now, that is what we called someone hates her job" bc of her monotony sound. Since I didn't hold a major credit cards which I never do bc I just use my debit card and did not want to bother with credit cards she told me they will charge 500.00 and will refund once I return the card. I returned the car 3 days ago and still have not recieved the refund. I called them and they said tomorrow and tomorrow turned into tomorrow again. This rental car place doesn't care about their customers services or their future business. Very disappointed with this rental car place I will not use them again or recommended to anyone.

I recently rented a Kia Rio from Dollar Rent A Car in Omaha. The process went smoothly and the customer service agent was friendly enough. When renting the car, she asked if I would like to have them refill the car for me since they only charge $2.99 per gallon for gas. I declined their offer since it was against my work policy. After I got my receipt, I saw that I was not charged for gas, which is fine, but the agent failed to tell me that on top of the $2.99 per gallon of gas, it would have also been a $9.99 per gallon refueling charge. So had I not filled up myself on the way back, I would have been charged essentially $12.98 per gallon. They did not mention the refueling charge, which is completely misleading and deceptive. Also, when I rented the car, I reserved one with unlimited mileage, but the agent tried to tell me I could only drive 200 miles. I told her that it should have been unlimited and she told me that's fine as long as I kept the car in the states bordering Nebraska - not sure why that matters.Second, the car I had was not in good shape. It had roughly 65,000 miles, which is fine...but the suspension on the car was pretty much shot, the windshield wipers only streaked up the window, and the sunglasses holder kept falling down in front of my rear view mirror. I mentioned these issues with the car to the person when I checked it back in and she just shrugged her shoulders and said "ok". I'm guessing nothing will be done.Dollar was the cheapest, but cheaper is not always better.

I called two days ago and made a reservation. After 24 hours, I still had not recieved a confirmation email, so I called back to make sure I had a reservation. After 12 failed calls, over two days, I finally got an answer and was asked to go on hold. It now has been 25 minutes on hold. Either they have employees who are over worked or simply do not care. Either way, if and when they do answer, I plan to cancel and NEVER use them again, EVER. (28 minutes and counting.) (Yep, 40 minutes on hold, so I guess i will be a "no show" just like them.)

They closed before our flight landed, and that almost left us stranded even though we had a reservation. All of the other rental car agencies were either closed or couldn't/wouldn't help us! If it wasn't for AVIS we would have had to sleep in the airport all night! AVIS was a great help, have wonderful staff, and great/clean cars!!!

Don't rent from them they charged our credit card $500 to wash the car and it was not even clean when we got it. I will never rent from them again.

Worst rental car experience!! Went to the counter, had a reservation, had to wait 50 minutes before car could be given to me. I was checked in but car wasn't available and no reason other than waiting to get car to the customers. I was not the only person waiting and was frustrating. Upon return of car, it took me 6 times to get a receipt sent to me and the amount was adjusted. No good explanation for reason. The change wasn't much, but can add up with all the customers they have. Would NOT suggest using Dollar Rental car, this was my first and ONLY time I will use them.
