I'm very disabled & when I came in the store the 1st thing I see is the male cashier with a ear piece talking on it. .. There was 1 other hardworking & he calls her up & as i got the pleasure of hearing this manager talking through his ear piece as he says very loud, 'i beat that B****** A** as he repeated that same Inappropriate words at least 3 times as he walks to the back of the store & through the back door... I WILLBNEVER SOP THETE AGAIN!! I've stopped there forv4 years & spend over $100.00 $ every time. But no more.

Went into the store the manager was very rude to begin with then got to the register and my total was 39.52 I only had a 50 or 100 they tell me they don’t have 10 which would have been my change. Now if they don’t take 50 that’s all they had to say but being so unprofessional and rude about it I just said thank you anyway. I was a manager at a dg and no way would that have ever happened.

Purchased 4 for 10 and had to return. Both the cashier on Friday and the manager on Tuesday 11/1/22 at approximately 9:45am were incredibly polite. I want to thank them both formally on this platform.

I've been to some real small, dollar generals in rural areas. But to be in Omaha by one of the busiest spots and mess up THIS bad is beyond me. I went in there looking for containers to organize some things and cat food. Finding containers was near impossible because they entire store is cramped and unorganized. It looks like aisles from Goodwill. Whoever is doing their stocking needs to slow their roll! I picked out a rug that had no tag, but next to it in a wrapped package was the same rug. Separately packaged inside. Each with an individual tag of $15. I took the opened one to the counter and the girl rang me up while talking to her friend through her Bluetooth headphones. She asked her manager how much it was and she said $25. She rang it up, prepared to charge me. I spoke up that i thought it had read $15 like the other similar ones. All she did was remove it from the transaction and tell me my new total. Didn't give a sh*t. Once my receipt was out of her hand she kept gabbing to her friend on the phone and walked away. I left with my cat's food thankfully. Horrible customer service. Horrible store. Horrible way of sale.
