I entered the store and spoke to the male associate he was on his private phone didn’t acknowledge me. At the register same male associate didn’t say hi or thank you not a word! The worst customer service! I will go somewhere else from now on. This store is convenient for me but I refuse to pay my hard earned money for bad service.

I live in Florida, but was visiting some friends, and I stopped in this location for a second. Edie was awesome in helping me find what I needed and even a couple of things I had forgotten about.
I work in retail management, and employees like Edie are a gem. Keep a close eye on her, or I will take her.

No one who works there can help you find anything. Nor do they know anything about how to use digital coupons but there's sign all over the store. Sad.

The staff was extremely rude and the store was a disaster. While checking out our cashier didn’t saying anything but our total to us. Even after we told him to have a good day he just looked at us and walked away.

The old lady with the short hair and glasses is extremely rude. I would rather go to a regular store and use self checkout rather than dealing with a rude employee.

Manager Kim was very polite. I had bad experience at this store. I told her and she wanted me to do survey. I went back next day. Same results. She also mentioned day of storm, she was in trouble for closing early. She cares about employees that is rare and needed more. Keep her there. I prefer this store to any other dollar stores.

The customer service was not there today. I had to search to find the worker to check out, and when I did find her I got a lot of attitude. I will not be shopping at this location again.
