Tammy is a professional and friendly business owner. My Ollie has been groomed only by Katie since we rescued him more than 10 years so we have followed her wherever she works. We totally trust both Tammy and Katie. Ollie, a schnoodle, always looks terrific. Their business is an exceptional, clean and happy place at reasonable prices. We celebrate their success!

Really disappointing experience. Dropped our dog off into a dirty kennel smelling like cigarette smoke for him to wait until his groomer arrived. We left, but 45 minutes later they called to say the groomer did not show up to work and we would have to go back and get him without being groomed. Complete waste of a morning, and we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Would not recommend at all. Made an appointment and dropped off my dog. Left my dog there for a full hour, only to get a call letting me know the groomer did not show up…. Completely unprofessional.

I highly recommend this place. It's not too busy, so no distractions for your pet. Lisa is amazing! I've had both my dogs there, and i am extremely happy with the results. Quite decently priced as well. So worth it. The owner is awesome too, she is very much involved

We have been seeing Katie, one of the wonderful groomers at dog refresh for the past 6 years. I have always had nothing but great experiences using them. They are always professional with great communication, and I believe that I pay a very fair price for the wonderful job they do keeping our dogs looking their best. I am including a picture of our labradoodle who absolutely adores going and having a spa day. He always gives big smiles when he sees his favorite groomer. :-)

Archie loves Katie!!!!! We always have such a great experience. He is a cockapoo with super tight curls, no can do groom at home! Katie does a fantastic job with him and takes her time. He comes home lookin' and smelling like the prince he is. Dog Refresh is priced extremely fair as well. 10/10 recommend if you can get an appointment in!

This place is a total joke. Had an appointment and it was rescheduled an hour before we were supposed to take the dogs in. I understand that things come up, so it was fine. Then we had a new date and time scheduled, we drove to the appointment, and Tammy was not there. There is another woman who explained Tammy wasn't there and she could not help because she already had other dogs to groom. Never got a call canceling. I was told Tammy does this a lot. Do not go to this place, especially do not schedule with Tammy.
