Extremely rude, poor customer service, the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and refused to give me his name so I could make a complaint. Not only rude but a coward, he said he is the only who answers the phone at this location.

Just an FYI you now need an appointment for practically every service. I guess this just started in the last couple years or so. It wasn't needed last time I renewed my license. Also the website doesn't make this easily known. Just an annoying result of modernization.

As of May 2024 they have online appointments available, if you have an appointment made you get to bypass everyone waiting as a walk in. Would definitely recommend making an appointment first, don’t waste your time waiting

Got in line, received number and paperwork to fill out quickly. Clerk answered my questions with patience. Waited for picture and eye test about 45 minutes, The clerk was very helpful and answered my questions. Visit was very positive!

The employees here are great. I went in to register a truck a few months ago, had a ton of questions about new license plates and the lady I was dealing with was phenomenal. She gave me a ton of information and provided me with everything I needed.

If your drivers license has expired or you have never had one, you can take the "written" part here but prepared to go to another office (currently only two in Omaha) to take the driving (behind the wheel) test. :/ Other than that, I was in and out within an hour (filling out the application form, waiting to be called to take the vision test, getting my picture taken, and answer a few questions). The staff were polite and friendly, answering any questions that I had.
