I've placed a few orders with Disc Store, and I've had a good experience. I like the products. They do quick turn around. On one occasion, I had a small glitch with a product, and they corrected it as quickly as possible. Customer service is responsive and helpful. It's hard to go wrong with these folks, folks!

Loved the service here. Got a starter set and the tournament essentials kit. Had 2 items missing and within the week I had received them and some more freebies thanks to the wonderful service of Sean and the crew there

When I placed my order, I entered my address incorrectly (fat fingers). I immediately received an email from the disc store indicating the problem. I emailed them back with my address and quickly received an email back thanking me for providing my correct address. My disc arrived a day today- a day early.From now on, I will be buying all my disc at the disc store.

Tremendous customer service! So I've been a monthly subscription member for almost 2 years. I have never missed a monthly box. The monthly box ships out in the 1st of the month consistently . It arrives at my house in Florida by the 5th like clockwork.. i moved after 9 yrs to a new apartments about 2 miles away at the end of February. Well, i never received my March shipment due to the usps. The tracking said it had been lost and would be returned to sender. I emailed disc store customer service and they responded within 1hr! Explained my issues, and without hesitation, shipped me a new box to my new address! These guys are the best and they have the best selection. Also if you are a disc golfer, the disc member subscription is a must!!! I have discovered disc, that i would never buy, that are now in my bag! It's worth every penny! Thank you disc store

I purchased the monthly subscription and it's been awesome! I had a payment problem ((my fault, not theirs)) and the customer service department was super fast and extremely nice! Would recommend them to any Disc Golf lover!

The disc store is my favorite place to get new discs. The prices are fair and delivery is fast. I once received a disc that was warped and they kindly replaced it for me. I recommend them for all your disc golf needs.

I ordered the misprint jerseys from the Disc Store. This was not the first time I’ve ordered from them, but this is the first time i received something different than what I ordered. I reached out and asked them about it and Sean McCoy was quick with a response and making things right. He shipped me out the correct order and was very helpful and professional. I will definitely continue to order products from them!

Love this place!! I placed an order that ended up getting lost in transit. I reached out and Sean was quick to answer my questions through Email. My main concern was how would they go about getting me another shipment, and Sean was incredible! He pulled my order again and informed me that we would give shipper 24 more hours to update. If there wasn't one, he would re-ship my order first thing in the morning and have it delivered with a different shipping company. That's customer service!!It's rare these days to find a company that goes the extra mile for you, let alone does it kindly and respectfully. Massive kiddos to Sean for his ability to handle my concerns and do it quickly and keeping me in the loop the entire way!I might have to wait a bit longer for my order with these guys, but I'll DEFINITELY be a return customer for how they handled my issue. That speaks volumes about them as a company! (And respectfully non of my issues were with the company...they were 100% with USPS) Disc store rocks!!!!

I had a really great interaction with DiscStore's customer service recently when I was purchasing some goalty kits. They were really understanding and helped resolve the issue in a single day.As far as the product, I've used these kits for years and they're basically perfect. Only thing is that I'd recommend reinforcing the carry case a bit when you get it.P.S. if you're not already playing goalty, it's time to get on it. It's the best!
