I called in to get an appointment to estimate some car damage. I was scheduled out 2 months, which I thought was reasonable due to the amount of people with hail damage in my area. They came out barely looked at the car snapped a few photos of areas that did not even have damage. I walked back in to schedule the repair and the lady making the appointments said the first available appointment was March 2025?. I waited that long just for an estimate and to be told repairs would not be until next year??? I went home and did my homework. There was a place just as close to me that got me in immediately and had my car done in a week. Way better service than I received from Dingmans and they were very transparent throughout the repair..

Friendly, excellent customer service & communication all the way around! My car looked absolutely AMAZING! Not a sign of any hail damage. Looked BRAND NEW!

As many in Omaha, we experienced hail damage and set up an appt with Dingmans a month out for repair. My husband made the appt, but I went to take it in. They asked me if we’d be submitting to insurance or paying ourselves. I explained we went they them but decided to get it repaired by a place of our choice so we would be applying what insurance gave us and paying ourselves. A gentleman took me out to look at my van and immediately interrupted me when he asked me what we were looking at and said they don’t do partial repairs. I told him that’s not what I was asking for band he would have known that if he didn’t interrupt me and then he started to dismiss anything I would say and tell me if the fees and say I would be better off going to another place. He said there was an initial estimate but I would have to come back for another estimate which would likely be 2,000 more than the original. I wasn’t opposed to getting the estimate but he kept dismissing me and I even told him I felt like he was brushing me off. I have lived in Omaha my whole life and our family knows local businesses like Dingmans and we willing to wait a month to get in for them to look at our van. I understand your may be doing well enough that you don’t NEED everyone’s business who comes in, but what ever happened to at least showing decent customer service. Our insurance company was better to deal with then Dingmans and usually I hate dealing with insurance.

I had them repair my car after a break in, I was very pleasantly surprised by their service, commitment, and communication. They are all very nice and keep you updated on what's going on. They had my car back to me on the date promised. It looked awesome, they even detailed it! I will go back to them for all my car repairs!!

My front bumper came completely off and I went in to see if they could help a broke college student. Brian was the man!!!! He secured my bumper back on and saved us hundreds! 10/10 recommend this place and working with Brian.

I recently took my vehicle here for an estimate, and the staff was more than accommodating. Not only did they still get me in after being an hour late, but they were very thorough and got me in and out relatively quick.

We've had Dingman's repair things in the past and they've always done a straightforward and excellent job. But our latest mishap brought us to Dingman's and they thoroughly went above and beyond the call of duty. Brian was excellent to deal with and made our accident almost enjoyable. I would recommend as they definitely live by their slogan

I recently used Dingman's off of Saddle Creek to handle a busted mirror on my car. At first, my experience wasn't so great due to a miscommunication that occurred with their staff when I initially called them, resulting in me not being able to get a quote when I had planned. However, management reached out to me and made sure to set it right. They got me in that day for a quote, and got it handled promptly within the week. They did an excellent job and went out of their way to make sure I got taken care of. Will definitely go back to Dingman's for any future needs.

I had dealt with Dingmans years ago. I had a Jeep that always leaked water through the windshield. After several windshield replacements by others, the problem was never resolved. Dingmans took the time to diagnose the problem and resolved it the first time they took over.Recently, my two week old RAM 1500 pickup was slammed from the rear and sandwiched between three other vehicles. A no brainer. It went to Brian at Dingmans for an estimate. Although the vehicle ultimately ended up being totalled, Brian kept me informed and really showed empathy through the entire process. He worked with me and acted as an advocate for me with my insurance carrier. I really don't know of anything they could have done better! The whole team at the Saddle Creek shop deserves your consideration if you are unfortunate enough to be involved in an accident.

I hadn't had my car for 6 months and I was rear ended. My mother suggested Dingmans off saddlecreek. They did exceptional work. My car was back to looking spanking brand new. Can't even tell it was hit! ✨️✨️✨️
