Let me start by introducing you to the most problematic issue Oakview Dillards Mall has. It would be Jen, isn't she store from 343? 347?Jen is a really snobby operations manager who doesn't actually leave her office or do her job correctly managing the customer service side of dillards. Jen is often seen being unprofessional and talking quite a lot in her office about un-related work topics. Jen was told by new employees of the issues the front of customer service was having and then decided to unprofessionally twist the story to match and benefit her as a manager. Jen also knew the home circumstances of said employee and still decided to belittle the person while on the phone with them on May 22, 2024. Joan Stoner should know of this information and decided to yell on the phone obscenities' that don't need to be repeated in a review as it was unprofessional and highly inappropriate. These two women running the store will talk inappropriately about you, your business and your work ethic all while creating a very hostile environment to work in or be around. These two women alone have been audibly heard talking about employees schedules in a very demeaning manner. If you notice their executive offices are located right next to the break room. Both of these women are naturally loud and have no filter, so of course you can witness the nasty things they say. If you apply there at Dillards there is no formal training and you will have no sense of direction or manager. You will also be told alot "thats just how it is". It was honestly the worst experience I've experienced by far. They had visitors come to the store the week of May 19, 2024 and had some false information spread to the higher ups by these two women alone. Let's not forget when Jen and Joan let Anajo mess up the online BOPIS orders and got their customer service department suspended off orders for 24 hours, this happened the week of May 20, 2024. It was also very uncomfortable when Anajo mentioned she was in a relationship with the Dock Manager, Lance. Isn't that a conflict of interest? Imagine an employee who should know better and knows the rules, violates company policy and does not get a write up. Imagine Nicole the main customer service employee has called out five times in one month due to a "migraine" with no doctors note. And one of their employees Lah asked me to physically type in my AIN so that she could process a customer under my numbers. This was actually reported to Jen and she did absolutely nothing about it. Lah has been employed with Dillards for two months. Lah should know her own AIN, and she doesn't. Open an investigation you will surely find all of the supporting evidence as mentioned.
It would be in Dillards best interest for corporate to do something about these reviews as they are very concerning and should immediately be investigated and or handled properly. I don't believe anyone should be shopping here, giving this business any money or supporting dillards in anyway. I will happily share this on all platforms across social media. People would love to know exactly how a business works from the inside out, even if it's an ugly business. I will send an itemized email of all the discrepancies this company has suffered during my unfortunate time with them if you'd like to reach out to me directly; please do so now.

This worst place to work if youre trying to find a job. Terrible managemnet, no one cares what you have to say. The manager has been working there for 10 years, never wanting to leave this place, yet taking it out on everyone around her. With that fat assistant. They treat employee unprofessional if he has an issue ,and treated employee based on how many credit cards he got .unpleasant work environment , they fight like kids over sale otherwise they will be fired if they couldn't meet sales goal. Spies everywhere work for mangers So as a customer "in my opinion,"if the corporate hire young educated people ,Dillards will-be good place to shop and good environment to work .

Womens formal attire staff- utter disappointment and rude. I purchased a formal gown for my daughters wedding in May and literally 4 days later the dress was marked down 40% off. Never worn, tags still on the gown- yet the staff would not do the price match. I suggested I return and and re-purchase. She said no they do not do it that way. The sales lady was a complete snob- said to return it and come back everyday until they mark down and put back into the rack. Like seriously? No thanks- I purchased on line from Macy's (the exact same dress) and the company matched the sale price at Dillards- They will be the next one to go under unless they change their way. Kudos to Macy's who apparently still wants to keep their client base.

Very nice clothes! Yes it is expensive but sometimes there are specials. Customer service is fine. Some people insist that you buy so that they can give them their commission and you feel like they are putting a little pressure on you...❤️ The clothes from here are very nice lots I choose from. ? ?

Dillard's has size 9 women's UGGs! I called them, located the boots I hoped for, and had a great shopping experience there. I was impressed by the shoe dept @ Dillard's. You will be, too. Debbie Cady
