Had a couch cushion that a puppy chewed off the corner of a cushion. No way to flip it so it was not seen. Stopped by the shop and they fixed it in about 20 minutes. Can't even tell it had been chewed. Great service and great price. Glad I found this place !!

Denny's was not only the most efficient and reasonable place I called for an estimate (out of four), but Denny is a gem. They took great care of my sofa. Picked it up, delivered it right to my living room. I cannot recommend them enough. I will bring every piece here that I find in the future.

Denny & Son reupholstered our office chairs (8) in records time. Picked them up on a Tuesday afternoon and delivered them back early Wednesday morning. The quality of workmanship, service and reasonable pricing, I would 100% recommend them.

Excellent customer service. Denny did an old rocking chair that was my wife's great-grandmother's. The work is immaculate, the price was less than planned, and he was very accommodating of drop-off and pick-up times. Jim was very helpful with the quotes and scheduling the job in the first place. I hope I have more projects I can bring them in the future.

This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes they do a good job and sometimes they don't. Although these guys are nice, I would look elsewhere. If you are looking for convenience and want to go here because of that, I would recommend having the "Son" do the work and not Denny. Unfortunately there is no guarantee that will happen. I no longer use them and now go to Olvera's on 18th & Vinton. TFTR.Response to the owners reply: I have now changed your review from a two star to a one star. Plug your competition? Nope, just trying to save people future heartburn. I love how you try to justify it to others to make up for your shortcomings. Now you see what I'm talking about reader. It's never their fault, it's always someone else’s.

I brought my ottoman to Denny & Son for repair and what a great job they did! It was fixed in a matter of couple hours. The repair was well done…the underlying structure was reinforced to prevent future damage. Overall, my ottoman is better than new! Also the price was really reasonable. The staff was courteous and very professional. I highly recommend their services!

I asked Denny and Son for a quote to reupholster two larger accent chairs via email. The quote was emailed to me the next business day. Denny was so patient with me as I picked out fabric, and he advised me against fabrics that wouldn't quite work with the chair contours (even though the fabrics were more expensive). The quote was honored. I was a little worried that there wasn't enough fabric quoted because a different business quoted me saying I would need 6 more yards of fabric than Denny & Son said it would require given the same dimensions. They put me on the schedule for 5 weeks out, but called a week later saying they had an opening. The chairs were done 4 days later-- almost 4 weeks ahead of schedule. They are beautiful. They did a great job with the double piping and the complicated back of the chairs. And... there was about a yard of extra fabric. I am so happy. The cost was very reasonable, but it did reflect the value of their work. I highly recommend them.

After trying for months to find someone locally who could restuff my couch cushions, I decided to look for an upholsterer in Omaha. I found Denny & Son through an internet search - so I went into this kind of blind. It's a tiny shop but he seems to have lots of options available if you're looking to re-upholster a piece of furniture. He told me I could bring my cushions in and he could have them the same day! I brought them in about 10:00 AM and - to my great surprise - he called me right after lunch and told me they were ready. I was absolutely delighted when I got to the shop and saw my cushions. They looked brand new - and his price was very fair. I am very happy with the qualify of his work and will likely bring more to him.

I contacted them about reupholstering a chair. I sent 3 pictures and received a response that the chair was poorly constructed and I should just buy a new one. I could understand that advice if they had evaluated the chair in person or I had stated that it was in poor working condition. But that is not the case. The chair is almost 20 years old and in perfect working condition we just did not take care of the leather hence it needing to be reupholstered. I had heard such good things about this place. What a disappointment!

Reupholstered sofa delivered yesterday and I could not be more pleased with the result. Denny was so patient when I was trying to select fabric and I am so happy with the quality and his professional guidance. Highly recommend the services of Denny and Son.
