I took my parents here to look at a vehicle, we started it and I was checking it over. First I mentioned that the button to lock the 4WD in wasn't lighting up and the guy told me that there was no light that comes on. I looked it up and told him that was impossible since there was an LED on the button itself for a light to illuminate indicating that it had engaged and I figured out how to turn it on, He seemed frustrated. Then I mentioned there was a check engine light on and he went and got a scanner and hooked it up and said there was one code. He then got out and said he cleared the code and I asked him what the code was and he said oh I didn't tell yah? I said no, and he said oh well I forgot what the code was. Literally lost my business right there. We were prepared to buy a vehicle for cash in hand. I would avoid this place.

For US....no one has had the courtesy to respond to our emails...4 actually over 3 days. We tried texting as well...no response. We also waited at the shop for about 45 minutes... supposedly...opening time is 9...we left at 10 and yes, tried calling 3 times...no answer either.

Major shout out to Dan with Dan D Auto & Ski! Yesterday, we moved into the temporary apartment. On my way home from work, to start moving, a hose blew. Coolant was everywhere, smoke billowing out of my hood like a movie scene. I pulled over into the first lot I could (Johnson Bros, next door). I popped my head in Dan’s to see if it was their lot, or if I would get towed. He said he’d call the guy and make sure that didn’t happen. Then Dan walked out to look at my car, came up with a quick fix, then walked me through how to do it. He didn’t just do it, he taught me how to do it (that’s valuable) and explained how to save myself money on the permanent fix. Gave me the tools I needed, even a new clamp for the hose. If that didn’t make it clear enough, his employees spelled it out loud and clear… this is the type of guy that he is. Salt of the earth, hard working, and a really good person. He didn’t charge me a dime for his time, parts, or knowledge. If I need a replacement car, sooner than later, 100% chance that I’m starting at Dan’s. Thanks again!

I waited three hours to have Dan D tell me he wouldn't allow the motorcycle he listed on Craigslist to be started. Dan can F right off with his shitty attitude after making a customer with cash wait as if it were my fault he didn't show up till 1pm when the door says they open at 10am. I guess there's a good reason that bike add has been running since 2018 in 2022. Dan blows and obviously the D stands for Dick.

Dan and his wife are so wonderful and helpful! This is the second vehicle I’ve purchased from this lot and the cars are great for a great price. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a reliable affordable car!

Came in with 14k cash, wasn’t able to test drive the vehicle. I WILL NOT BUY A VEHICLE I can’t test drive. The owner Dan Was trying to argue with me about what all was needed to be fixed on the car. horrible, business, horrible experience.

My family bought a 2004 New Beetle from them about 6 years ago. Seemed like a great deal. Only about 52k miles on this cute bug. About 45 days after driving off his lot, DING the check engine light went on. Then airbag light. Then brakes went out. Then new starter. And so on. I feel we have replaced almost everything. We put thousands into repairs. Would NOT recommend.

Whoever the lady was that answered the phone when I called was very rude and very short with me. I was calling to inquire about a 2004 blue Honda Civic I saw for sale on craigslist and had some more questions regarding my specific situation and she didn't even let me explain. She cut me off and said "we don't do in house financing." ok...that's not was I was asking but because you are rude and clearly a horrible sales person you won't be getting my business.
