I called and asked if they’d be able to check out my diesel equinox and explained that in the cold weather, it was cranking but wouldn’t start. Cody was very helpful on the phone and said they’d take a look at it. I had it towed in and had it back by the next day. They got it warmed up and changed my fuel filter. It had gelled in the cold weather. They explained when to add extra additive and never made me feel d*** for letting it happen. Wish I lived around here, because this would be my new go-to shop!
