The pharmacy is randomly closed today due to staff shortages. The only reason I know this is because I physically went to the store after being on hold for 30 minutes. I had surgery today and needed meds stat. The rx was sent to this CVS and I got a text that it was being processed. The app also showed in process. Closing a pharmacy and not notifying patients or providers is irresponsible and frankly unethical. Now I’m scrambling to get these meds sent to another pharmacy on a Friday evening. Why is your system accepting prescriptions when the pharmacy is closed?!**Edit - I had my doctor transfer these meds I have to start today, but because they are “in process” at the closed pharmacy, they can’t be filled anywhere else. I even tried to get a different CVS to transfer them and they can’t. This has to be illegal.

Wish I could give zero stars. Staff are not polite, they are randomly closed "due to staff shortages", and none of their systems are ever integrated with apps. It takes forever to get anything done at this location.

Pharmacist Kemsge (the name she provided) was rude, irritated and dismissive to the provider trying to call 3 times to address patient’s needs.

They were really good. They knew all the drugs that I'm on and what drug would interact with new prescriptions and caught up before I ended up taking the drug home.

Husband got a tooth infection while we've been traveling. I looked up CVS reviews and minute clinics on our route, and found this location had a minimal wait. We arrived at 12:45 and were seen immediately. Staff was very professional and understanding of the situation. We paid $99 for the visit and $60 for 10 days worth of antibiotics. By 1:15 we were on the road again.
