I walked in on a Sunday morning, bright and early. It was the day after game 1 between A&M and Tennessee. I noticed the store had ONE employee, KYLE, who was busy stocking a shelf near the register. I had a really bad tooth ache, and was there to get some oral gel for my gum. As it turned out, I actually had a cracked tooth! As I'm sure you can probably imagine, I was in NO mood to wait on an hourly employee trying to "keep busy" while the store was empty. Kyle witnessed me walking to the register, and he immediately stopped what he was doing to ring up my order. I can't speak for other CVS stores, because the customer service at some of them has A LOT to be desired. However, the CVS in Dundee is MAGNIFICENT!, and it's because of KYLE. KYLE is the MAN!

The staff are some of the nicest people. It’s always nice to see the employees. I’ve had better luck at this pharmacy than at Walgreens. I love the self checkout option. Overall amazing store.

I work with little children. We have had Strep going around the classroom so I was not surprised when I showed the same symptoms: throwing up, sore throat, headache. I was very ill the first day and did not venture out. The second day I went to Nebraska Medicine Immediate Care but they only see patients for urgent care at night and on the weekends. However, I was referred up the street to the CVS Minute Clinic. I got there about 8:30, but the first available appointment was not until 10:10. Fortunately the health practitioner was able to see me because the 8:40 was a no-show. She immediately tested me for Strep. No surprise, I came up positive. She also was able to use my Tricare insurance coverage at no cost. But what most impressed me was when she told me she was able to pull up my Nebraska Medicine file where my primary doctor is based and make notes on my record. She explained that Nebraska Medicine physicians oversee all of her work. And, of course, because the clinic is located inside a pharmacy I was able to get my prescription right there for a whopping $3. Excellent experience!

Just don't go here. They have no concentration on customer service, and don't care to. They will not tell you things over the phone when you are trying to get your perscriptions figured out (One out of many things, they could have told me they don't accept debit cards till 9:30am and make me come back). They don't understand how health savings accounts work, and really don't care. I am very proactive with my medications but they have a terrible system. They will make you wait till THEY are ready, even if you order it days in advance. Just don't go here, they will raise your blood pressure. They could care less about your health. Oh, they need to teach Theo customer service because he either doesn't know what he is doing or doesn't care.

I scheduled a vaccination online and had to wait 50 minutes to be vaccinated. I had arrived at my appointed time, contacted the clerk and waited by the counter. I noticed that several people arrived without appointments and were serviced before me. Perhaps I should have not used the online application. In that, when I pressed the "I am here at the store" button, it refused to do anything. Refreshing the page did not help. I suspect that this bug may have been responsible for their inattention.

I can't say enough about the outstanding service and care I've received from this CVS location. From the moment I stepped through the door, it was clear that they prioritize their customers' well-being above all else.The staff is not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly and attentive. This 5 star review is going to a young man named Ben. He works at the Dodge Street location. He’s hurtcalled CVS to inquire the availability of an item I wanted to purchase. I’d already Traveled to two other CVS locations prior to this one in search of the same product. Both locations had stated on their website that pickup today was an option. However, that wasn’t the case. I hate nothing more than wasting my precious time and gas. Not only did he locate the item in question….. He told me he would hold it for me at the checkout. That’s STELLAR customer service!! CVS is lucky to have you Ben!!! Stay FABULOUS!

Been waiting for my prescription for over a week. Finally got someone on the phone and they were super rude and hung up on me. I do not recommend this place.
