Online order is a joke! Instead of substitutions , they just cancel your item and don't put every item in the order either. Out of 5 items on my order , I got home and seen only 3 were actually in my bag. Don't recommend pick up. Walgreens does substitutions for items they don't end up having on their shelf's and they have never missed anything

I get that this is just a CVS, so my expectations shouldn’t have been too high. However, the pharmacist was especially condescending and rude both times I spoke to him.

Employees that harass and steal from customers. If you pay for something it makes it look like you didn't and you can leave the store thinking because the register errors like your payment didn't work and it did and you could end up leaving the items there. I had a female Hispanic worker yesterday yell at me outside with customers looking at her because this happened and Iit was ridiculous this happened to customers. She refused to stop yelling and wouldn't stop until I walked off some kind of control crap I guess. I guess finally her manager told her she had to go back to work but if not she would have just yelling at me. Stores like will go out of business no one shows there, it's over priced and now they're stealing from people. Stay out and remove stores like from Dodge street and Omaha.

The pharmacy techs at this location are very condescending and unhelpful. They were the opposition of empathic and had zero customer service. Tried to use a goodrx coupon and the price came up differently than what the coupon online said. Was told “the price showing up is actually $10 more than the coupon. Is that okay?” Why wouldn’t the first thing said be “hm it’s not pulling up at that price. Let me see if I can figure out why”? I said no because I only was using the coupon because of the price advertised. Tech asked a fellow coworker and they said “I’m not sure, goodrx prices fluctuate” another coworker then stepped in and said “what’s the problem? Oh it’s goodrx, not us idk. The price is an estimate, It’s in their fine print or whatever”
None of them really talked to me, just about me and my problem in front of me. Felt very unwanted and unwelcome, like helping me was a waste of their time. I understand that a third party service policy isn’t something they can control. However, the way they treat people and deliver information is something they CAN control and should learn how to better do so.
Moved my prescriptions here because I had heard they were helpful and super kind and considerate which is not the case. I’ve been her multiple times and never had great service from the pharmacy but this one was the worst. I’ll be transferring them back to Walmart down the street, since they were actually helpful and I only moved to CVS because I was giving them a fair chance.
Store itself was fine, a bit unorganized and staff wasn’t very attentive but nothing terrible.

Good selection and great prices - the store coupons are understandable and actually work. When I needed help with sorting out the self-checkout, the employee who helped me was competent, friendly and resolved my issue. First rate service.

This place won't take my return because they don't feel comfortable. I have my receipt. It was on the floor of my car and got a little wet/dirty but barcode is clear as day(pic included). The manager Vanessa is extremely rude. I can see why cvs are closing so many of there stores because they are losing customers because their employees lack accountability and customer service skills. Wow

Visited this pharmacy via the drive through today and I had the unfortunate pleasure of having an encounter with the most rude and unprofessional young man named Theo (or at least that was the name he gave me when I inquired). I asked him a few questions and his responses were snarky and ridiculous. He just seemed unhappy to be there. If he does not enjoy doing his job and is unable to communicate with customers in a professional manner, management should look at having another person at the register and put him somewhere in the back or just get rid of him. There are so many pharmacies where people can spend their money; bad customer service is not the key to repeat business. Hopefully management figures out soon that first impressions are everything and that someone other than Theo needs to be the first person that customers interact with at this pharmacy.

I walked in on a Sunday morning, bright and early. It was the day after game 1 between A&M and Tennessee. I noticed the store had ONE employee, KYLE, who was busy stocking a shelf near the register. I had a really bad tooth ache, and was there to get some oral gel for my gum. As it turned out, I actually had a cracked tooth! As I'm sure you can probably imagine, I was in NO mood to wait on an hourly employee trying to "keep busy" while the store was empty. Kyle witnessed me walking to the register, and he immediately stopped what he was doing to ring up my order. I can't speak for other CVS stores, because the customer service at some of them has A LOT to be desired. However, the CVS in Dundee is MAGNIFICENT!, and it's because of KYLE. KYLE is the MAN!

We really like the CVS rewards program. It is easy to use and saves us a lot on over the counter meds.
