Incredible selection and has items you probably weren’t even thinking about but now they’re on your list of “must haves”. Super helpful and friendly workers. Prices are fair, nothing crazy. Definitely worth your time.

Custom Gems really lives up to their name! I went know last week to order a pendant for my Mom's picture and they were very gracious! They spent quite a good amount of time making sure her picture would fit securely and safely in the locket. They even gave me a cleaning cloth at no charge!!! They made me feel welcomed, important and did their 100% best to answer all my questions. Best jewelry/gem store in Omaha, especially when you want one-of-a-kind type stuff. Go and see 'em! ?????

It took them two and a half months to get my stone put into my ring. I really figured they nickeled and dimed me on my ring. I think the women that works there is rude and Very brassy and needs to work in the back room. She is not a people person at all. The gentleman that fixes the jewelry was more personable than the woman. I will never ever go back there. Btw, there was prongs built up on it, but two wasn’t holding the little stone in. Not taking the chance of taking it back for them to screw me over and keep said ring for two months or longer! Never again!

Store is pretty and has lots of options for generic stones. We had a piece of custom jewelry done that we are now getting fixed elsewhere to avoid hassle. Took a month and a half for them to quote the design time for the incorrect ring, and all time estimates were much much longer than quoted. Got the ring back from them, the stone is set loose, chip out of the band, not polished and missing parts of the agreed upon design. The symmetry is off (not centered or lined up) and just lazy or rushed craftsmanship all around. The easiest fix but most disappointing part is that the ring was sized down two sizes from what we ordered, so I am unable to wear the ring until we get it to another shop to possibly be recasted to get it to where this shop said they could initially. Lazy work or rushed work, and wish I was able to wear the ring we paid almost $1k to have made. For custom jewelry, I would go elsewhere for less hassle and higher quality of work, especially for the wait we were given beyond the original times quoted. At first glace, it is pretty but looking at it longer than a second or two brings out poor craftsmanship.
