This is the first time I've had issues w cricket. I've been having issues w my phone so brought it here to c if they could fix it. I got here and there was a sign on the door stating they were on lunch. Be back in 30. Waited for them and never opened up. Definitely won't be back to this location.

i was in here to get a new phone and was prepared to spend hours in here. they had the exact phone i was eyeballing online and were able to transer all my data AND i got a free case, all in about half an hour. definitely a wonderful Cricket store to go to if you need to get a new phone.

I had someone put a screen protector on my new phone that i didnt want or ask for, and didnt even know about until after i had paid. When i asked why my bill was so high, she said it was from the mandatory insurance, which turned out to be $8, and an activation fee. She never said anything about charging me for a $30 screen protector.
