I went to the Saddlecreek, to get my phone info updated and Stephany was very helpful, polite, and positive. She has great customer service. She was by herself and she was able to provide service and help for multiple guests there in a timely fashion. I personally work in sales/customer service and She absolutely rocks it.

If I could give this rating a 0 stars I would. The lady is so rude and has horrible customer service skills. We visited on 9/5. And I hope she remembers us when she reads this review. The lady was latina who was helping us and was more worried about playing in her hair than actually helping us. I don't think she liked we were.wanting to get such a cheap phone and it felt she was looking down on my husband and I. The store had everything we needed but due to her rudeness and cutting us off when we spoke, we decided to go to another store where we were treated with way more respect. Will never go to this store for service again, I will gladly spend the gas money to travel further for better assistance

I have been cricket wireless customer for more than 3 yrs. I went to this store to change ny e sim to physical sim card. The lady in store is very rude and disrespetiful. She refused to insert the sim card into the phone for me. Worst of it all I buy the sim card and but she didnt even activated it for me. She told me to call customer service for activation. Will never go back to that store again. I strongly discourage anyone to go there. Unless u want ur day to get ruined by that ignorant and racist lady.
