Avoid banking here at all costs. My gf closed her account this morning due to being declined at the branch ATM. Shortly after being unable to extract funds listed as available, I sent her to attempt to use the card for gas at Kum & Go and select credit instead, in case of a pin # issue. Not only was she declined, but the POS instructed the cashier to confiscate the card. The cashier gave the card back. The following morning, a personal banker at the branch "explained" that fraud was suspected because of a refund issued by PayPal and returned to the account used. As we rarely use this non pre-paid account, there was no reason to suspect fraud. There was no attempt to contact PayPal to verify, no investigation to discover the refunded amount matched the amount extracted for purchase approximately 30 days prior. There wasn't a bank manager to speak with about this, only a single indifferent banker/teller. This could be you if you bank here. You could end up stranded without access to your funds and without a reasonable explanation as to why. No concern will be expressed, no apology given and no manager to speak with. Apathy is all you will get. Thanks for your business.
