If I could give 0 stars I would. They wouldn't answer the phone for months for me when I tried to cancel service then kept charging me so I go in to return equipment and tell them I stopped using them Months ago. Manager didn't help what do ever and was rude. Said they weren't going to help and I have to pay. I wouldn't recommend going here. I used them for 10+ years and they upped my bill every couple of months and I'd have to go in and fix it. I don't have that problem with century link. Great service with them so I'd look else where if you're new to getting internet or trying to switch. Really disappointed in this place and how down hill they went. Sure they had a great name but the customer service is junk. And they just charge "extra fees" ?

The store is located in the electronics building. It doesn’t appear on the store map, but security was helpful to give directions.

This company seems like crooks in some way. People now a days want to charge you as much for internet as for a phone. I went online to get a estimate about how much it may cost to set up internet. I got to the end before you even pay to have your equipment sent or you pick it up. I selected pick it up thinking it would get me to a screen saying how much it was and next thing I knew they set up service with me and I had a bill. I thought it wouldn't be difficult to call and cancel this. I called 4 times dealing with customer service people playing on the phone, transferring me to wrong departments and other languages phone lines. I was thinking about getting service, not anymore. And you look up the headquarters for cox in Omaha, you can't find it. It's just their cox stores and spend money which is what these people may be about. I can tv for free, I don't need to come out my pocket for anything. Way to be losers and state your agenda.
