Blew a tire while in Omaha and worked with Alex who got a new tire sent from a nearby store for the next day to replace a tire purchased a month ago at a different Costco. Paid the $25 charge for used tread and discovered needed a new wheel which I would have to provide. Alex and the tire center let me leave the car with them while finding a new wheel and then replaced the wheel and tire the same day. Overall, great customer service and communication without appointment to get this out of town Costco member back on the road again.

Called for battery availability. Came in today for it and was able to pick it up. Not sure if the price was really any cheaper than it I would have bought elsewhere. We brought our old one in so we could save the additional ten dollars they would have charged. I think he said guaranteed for 36 months which may be the normal time but doesn’t seem like much to me .

They removed my first review that I did. So here we go again old white lady supposedly manager extremely rude. Made me feel like crap and dismissed me when all I needed to do was go take a photo go take a photo !!!! Woman chill you're a manager at Costco dream bigger. I went to the other one and they're always so nice and so sweet. They apologize on the behalf of these people that work at this place and I took my pretty picture... this place is always dirty. Employees are rude. Do yourself a favor and go to the other one. Don't waste your time at this one.

Poor customer service in the hearing aid department. In fact employee has been extremely rude every time I have interacted with her. Manager said that she or another manager would meet with me to discuss concerns but didn't show up at my appointment so I just returned the aids.

I try to post on the Costco page and they blocked me because I’m like I’m actually a single parent that provides for my kids by myself. I should not have to provide each of my kids pictures, but she won’t even allow it to do to go onto the store, this is absolutely ridiculous. The people in the group in Omaha are elite, self centered people they do not care about anybody besides their own kids there are hungry kids out there that will eat almost anything, and these people are making jokes about it that is not even normal and I told them I hope God puts on you, what are you put on other people? I’m not God but I hope they get what they are given to other poor people, not people that use drugs and have other addictions. I’m not better than anybody else I never said I was but this Costco page is ridiculous. I am my kid won’t let you eat. This is this no your kid will eat whatever you give him or her because they’re hungry get a real I am tired of the Omaha Nebraska area blocking me because I don’t think they’re special kids need certain foods you know what people have to eat what they have to eat. Your kid will go hungry and they will decide that they’re gonna eat something else besides what mommy and daddy is gonna give them because they’re privileged and it’s Rall. My kids will eat what I have and that’s reality world.

Had a nail in my tire. Called last Wednesday and the guy I spoke with said I could bring it in after work and they could patch it. I got there and then was told they could not and that I would need an appointment. I set an appointment for 1pm on Saturday 06/17 and dropped my car off at 12:40. I was told it would be done within an hour - hour and a half at the latest. It gets to be 3 o clock so I call and ask if it was finished as I was needing to leave town and they said they were just finishing up and it woild be ready in 20. I show up at 3:30 to pick it up and I am told the exact same thing, that they were just finishing up and it would be another 20 minutes. What good is an appointment if it takes almost 3 hours to patch a tire? My Lexus also had 4 metal valve stem caps and they put a cheap green plastic one on the tire that was repaired, telling me that they did not have the metal one Any more. Learned my lesson not to take my car here.

Every single time I show up in my work clothes they profile me. At the self checkout they always ask to see my membership card and ID even after I already scanned all small items in my cart. They always take their time looking it over and me. When I reach the door for receipt check. They pick up and count every single item to make sure the receipt is correct as if I stole. But in my street clothes there isn’t any of that special treatment. No extra searches or checks. They got me feeling like I’m scum.

We love going to Costco for our staples: bulk meat, frozen fruits/veg, protein drinks, egg whites. You truly save money buying stuff like that at Costco! Best time to go is after work on Mondays & Fridays. It's nearly empty (although FYI you won't get any free samples).Always stop by the food court for quick dinner.. two big hotdogs, two drinks, and a huge slice of pizza for under $6.

I am such a dad that even on a road trip, I cannot resist the urge to stop at Costco. I mean what bulk item do I need that badly that I need to stop here while on a vacation? Well, I didn't have to stop here, but, well, why not?The truth is we needed gas and who does it better than Costco? Also, we needed diapers, too. Both could have been sourced elsewhere, but I can't help myself. This Costco is similar to pretty much any other location, very well stocked, and staffed with friendly people. I think we ended up here because it was easy to get to from the highway and not too far from downtown where we were staying. One small downside is that the gas station is very small, it does not have as many pumps as my local Costco in Minneapolis.

The best in the business easily. The other reviewers mostly nailed it but I'll throw on new stuff to keep us recent - self checkout kiosks for food court orders, self checkout in general. New return policy, MUST have ORIGINAL receipt with purchase; I know it's not fun but if you buy something expensive just tape it on the back easy peasy. I've also seen some confusion about alcohol purchases - purchaser must be 21 and in possession of the membership used for purchase. It's not even a Costco thing it's a liquor license law thing . Last things last if you need to pay with credit it's gonna have to be Visa (highly recommended the Costco Citi Visa for 1-tap gas, 4% back on gas, 3% back on restaurants/hotels, 2% back @ Costco warehouses, and 1% elsewhere. PLUS the membership is printed on the back of your CC so checking out is a one card ordeal; the cashiers love it. App support is phenomenal.) I work there and am proud of the face we put on for our members. You'll notice 1 star review trends mentioning workers not letting members break rules or funnier yet griping at them to move faster. Between that and the parking complaints I would argue that we're suffering from success. My best advice for a smooth journey is as follows: 1) If you can, SHOP WEEKDAYS. 2) Every day of the week, move like a New Yorker: walk where you're going quickly, and do not start an aisle wide conversation with your church friend - save it for the potluck! If you're in the main isle taking your time, someone IS behind you wishing they could pass. 3) Asking for help can be embarrassing, but it's never as embarrassing as meandering and gawking at our unfortunate lack of signage. Ask for help! 4) If advice isn't adding up, ask for help again! Some of my coworkers are stupid! 5) If you don't have reusable grocery bags despite it being 2022 and it's a busy busy day, you're also allowed to grab almost-empty boxes from the shelves - we will not get jealous, just be considerate. 6) Costco Citi Visa Card. 7) Costco App for Digital Membership Card. 8)* IF you buy our gasoline at a typically ~20¢ lower markup than surrounding stations, please pull in as much as possible when you see room - the gas line will reach to the other side of your car, don't sweat the "wrong" lane. Those who worry about shopping with 1000 other members simultaneously will be glad to hear a secondary far west Costco location is being scouted to alleviate the somewhat extreme Dodge location demand.

Costco gasoline is consistently 20-30 cents below other retail gas stations. This Costco Fuel generally has very long lines so plan to spend at least 20 minutes or more at peak hours.

Can't really rate. Needed 2 tires at 5:30, all 3 bays were empty, they close at 6 and weren't interested in taking any customers. Took me a while to find someone to tell me that as they were all out in the shop and nobody was at the desk.

Horrible costumer service. In the self check out line with some friends and we repeatedly got asked very intrusive questions regarding our age and the legitimacy of our Costco membership. Very strange. Believe the staff member name was Flax? Anyways, do better Costco!!!!!!!!
