Things started great but then he lost one of the hearing aids (less than 6 months in) They replaced it but the replacement ear piece was smaller causing it to squeal and fall out. When I called to get the problem fixed the service suddenly bottomed out and the excuses sky rocketed. Making a mistake is natural, fast talking excuses make me not trust them.

I came to Costco for a hearing aides test and info on hearing aides. A few weeks later I booked an appt to receive my hearing aides. I came in where a petite girl with very long hair and an older lady with blond/dark roots hair was helping people. Helping is the wrong term because they were snapping at clients, telling clients that they could not answer a question unless they had an appt. I heard the older lady state they were down associates because as of January everyone needs to be licensed/certified. Hearing that was unsettling. Costco were testing people and making recommendations but we're not licensed. As I finally got to the counter the young girl said I needed to make another appt to get my hearing aides that today was just to pay for them . When I questioned her on this the older lady jumped in and snapped "read the contract it is in there " I then asked about the 3 year replacement for lost hearing aides and she snapped it is 24 months not 36 months. I was told just initial and sign the contract!!! I know Costco aides are cheaper but before you decide make sure you have in writing everything they promised you at the hearing test. Know also if your person is a licensed audiologist. We left and decided to go elsewhere even if the cost is higher. Costco does not care about your hearing but they do care about your money.

I am a big Costco fan and it's not even very close to my house. Open most days, except holidays, Costco does require annual membership to participate in their savings program. Sometimes customer service will allow a one-day pass so you can check it out if you're not already a member to see if it's a fit. Large parking, lots and large shopping carts makes access easy! I like the convenience of getting my Costco card through their app. While vendor coupons are not accepted there are special savings offered on a rotating and regular basis. Many items offered in book are a good deal, particularly for pantry staples, but be sure to check that book pricing is the best deal around.

They removed my first review that I did. So here we go again old white lady supposedly manager extremely rude. Made me feel like crap and dismissed me when all I needed to do was go take a photo go take a photo !!!! Woman chill you're a manager at Costco dream bigger. I went to the other one and they're always so nice and so sweet. They apologize on the behalf of these people that work at this place and I took my pretty picture... this place is always dirty. Employees are rude. Do yourself a favor and go to the other one. Don't waste your time at this one.

Costco gas seems like the busiest station around. Likely because it's generally the cheapest. The place can be a pain to get in when it's super busy but it generally moves pretty quick. The hoses really stretch so if you fill is on the wrong side of the pump no worries, use either

Poor customer service in the hearing aid department. In fact employee has been extremely rude every time I have interacted with her. Manager said that she or another manager would meet with me to discuss concerns but didn't show up at my appointment so I just returned the aids.

The audiologist was thorough and clear in explaining my hearing evaluation. And if I don't like any of the accessories I bought with the hearing aids I can return them at any time within a six month period for a full refund. They will also give me small parts for the hearing aids for free! Gotta love Costco.

We love going to Costco for our staples: bulk meat, frozen fruits/veg, protein drinks, egg whites. You truly save money buying stuff like that at Costco! Best time to go is after work on Mondays & Fridays. It's nearly empty (although FYI you won't get any free samples). Always stop by the food court for quick dinner.. two big hotdogs, two drinks, and a huge slice of pizza for under $6.

I am such a dad that even on a road trip, I cannot resist the urge to stop at Costco. I mean what bulk item do I need that badly that I need to stop here while on a vacation? Well, I didn't have to stop here, but, well, why not? The truth is we needed gas and who does it better than Costco? Also, we needed diapers, too. Both could have been sourced elsewhere, but I can't help myself. This Costco is similar to pretty much any other location, very well stocked, and staffed with friendly people. I think we ended up here because it was easy to get to from the highway and not too far from downtown where we were staying. One small downside is that the gas station is very small, it does not have as many pumps as my local Costco in Minneapolis.

Costco gasoline is consistently 20-30 cents below other retail gas stations. This Costco Fuel generally has very long lines so plan to spend at least 20 minutes or more at peak hours.
