Was greeted very friendly, clean environment very clean environment very safe secure and Customer Service was very much impeccable. I know this because I’m a person with disabilities and sometimes we get treated . Not here, treated with respect and everything was a fully explained to me and I’m very satisfied with this service and will be recommended to family and friends

I've been at StorageMart at the upper end of 90th for 8+ years now. It's been a good location for me. I have a 40' pull thru (door on both side), which has been very helpful. They don't have many of those. Every time I have an issue with something, the manager, Jenn, has been great to talk to. She is a matter-of-fact, straight to the point type person, but good with details and patient with my questions, which i appreciate.
The only annoying issue is, every year they ding me for renter's insurance as I always get too busy to send a copy of my insurance declaration in. When I do, they correct it. But i guess renter's insurance is one of those annoying issues we have to live these days.
