I don't typically leave reviews but I felt the need to here. I'm currently on a cross country road trip, unfortunately on the 1st quarter of the trip I received a check engine light on my 14" VW Passat TDI. VW Dealer diagnosed it as a NOx Sensor issue an wanted to replace the CAT along with it for 1700$. I did not have those funds and was on a time constraint due to spending money on a hotel. Most places around had a wait time of a week+ which I could not afford to do.
Cordel FM was able to get my car in same day and out later that evening. They decided to only change the NOx sensor first in case that alone was the issue which would save money. Cordel FM got my car back on the road with no check engine light for a fraction of what VW Dealer wanted. Appreciate the guys there so much, there work will allow me to continue my trip through the states!

Amazing experience with Anthony. He truly went above and beyond on very short notice to help us out of jam with our Sprinter on the front end of an East Coast tour. We are so grateful for his helping and the lengths he went to to make sure we were safe and comfortable on the next leg of our journey. Cannot recommend highly enough!

Service and results were outstanding. Cordel’s European Auto kept me posted on the process of the repair of my Audi A6. The promised completion date was ahead of scheduled. I am totally satisfied. I’ve been having my car service at Cordel’s going on 10 years. I highly recommend anyone interested in getting quality and an on-time service to use them.

Not to long ago brought in my Audi to address the engine light issue being on....he indicated that it was due to an issue that cost over 2200 dollars..upon driving back to my home, the engine light came back on...he stated to bring it back in but there would be additional costs. So, he basically was saying it was not the $2200 fix he just completed....obviously, i did not bring it back as I lost trust in this business. I brought it to another competitor and they simply stated based on the codes it was carbon build up on the pistons...cost, $500. In fact, the second mechanic I took it to simply stated it was well documented with Audi about this problem with the A6 turbo 3.0 issue and the engine light so there was no need to do the $2200 fix. In having experience with reviews, those can be manipulated but I and my neighbor who recommended Cordel was very disappointed in them not back their work. Obviously they have changed. With the economy heading downward like no other time and it will get much worse in the near future, it's important that businesses back their work. Penny wise pound foolish as the saying goes. To me this was basic...the service nowadays has changed and many live on their past reputation....
