It was my first time in this location. Front desk personnel acknowledged me immediately. The wait wasn't long even though it was many people on the waiting room. Everything went fast, and smooth. I felt heard, seeing, and respected. ? for Concentra Urgent Care Team. Great job!

The nurse that collected my urinalysis sample for my employer was extremely nice and had a great sense of humor . That goes a long way to make an uncomfortable and awkward situation a little easier to deal with. She was very polite and I was impressed with her professionalism also.

I went in recently for a physical required for a job and was in and out in no time. The front desk staff were all very helpful in the lobby and the girls in the back doing the physical were all friendly and I felt super comfortable. Overall, it was a good experience!
