Did a great job moving a piece of exercise equipment from one house to another. Very seamless! The two movers that came were very nice and efficient. Definitely would recommend and use them again!

We have been trying to get a resolution to our claim for almost a month now. Movers left a 3 ft scratch on our hardwood floors. Nobody from the local office will answer my calls or return voicemails. The national number just redirects us to the local office.

The two guys who came out to pick up our furniture were very friendly and professional. They even showed up a little early while giving us a call ahead of time.

The gentlemen from College Hunks arrived promptly with their truck. We had some very heavy items that needed to be removed from our home. They were able to haul those items outside without damaging any flooring or walls. They then cleaned up any materials that were left on the floor. A great job done quickly and for a reasonable price.

Jackson was phenomenal. I have a king size purple mattress and it’s difficult to move. They handled it wonderfully and were super kind. I had a wonderful experience.

No one ever showed up, they were supposed to be there between 11 and 1. I called at 1 and they said they would get in touch with them and have someone give me a call back. Another hour and nothing. Canceled instead of rescheduling. I wouldn't trust them to show...

I've used college hunks a couple of years ago and was very impressed with the speed of moving and price.
I attempted to use them recently for a small move. They booked quickly and said they would show up between 2-4 pm. About 130pm I received a call saying they had to go to Lincoln to pick up a truck and then they would be back in omaha to complete the move. They even offered to add a crew member so the move would go faster. I was fine with that. I received one call at 230 saying they were still in lincoln in the midst of another move but they were on there way. I waited and when I decided to check on arrival at 5pm, I was advised that they were still in Lincoln and he didn't have a moving crew available anymore. I was also told that he would check to see if any omaha crews were available. No crews were available, I asked about rescheduling and he said he would have his manager reach out to me to reschedule.
And that was the last contact that college hunks made with me.
I made other arrangements to complete my own move.
I attempted to call to speak to someone to get a refund of my deposit and rhe call center forwards messages to the local office and when I asked for a supervisor I got a phone number but was only able to leave a voicemail.
I did finally receive a refund that was about a week to get. But I never actually spoke to someone.
A courtesy call would have been nice.
Can't say I will use this service again.
