I have recently re joined Lakeside, after my husband had an illness last spring , and I was unable to go. I have been going to a gentle yoga class, and Julie C. our instructor, came up to me and welcomed me to class, and was very good at guiding us through the class, making sure that we were all keeping up with her, and explaining all the moves as we went along. Thank you, Julie, I love your class.

I have and have had really good doctors and nurses there and good care from the staff, too. They really care. Very good results. You won't be disappointed. I'm very grateful for them.

Only gym i know of that has a therapy pool and equipment for all members to use. All the classes are free. Great for people who are embarrassed due to size and/or age. We all fit in nicely.

I took my sister there to talk to Dr. Jana who is an Orthopedic surgeon as my sister is having knee surgery in late November. She really likes Dr. Jana as he did both her hips and she has had no problems. From what my sister told me Dr. Jana is very kind explains everything and puts your mind at ease about the surgery. He is very good with his patients and considered one of the best orthopedic surgeons in the Mid West. And she said he is very easy on the eyes I thought that was cute .

Such a Great place for aqua therapy! So much easier to exercise in water rather than try to on my own! I accomplish so much more relief with the exercises they prescribe for you and you do them at your own pace! Love this place! ❤️

Laid out very well. Plenty of equipment and a terrific set of pools.(heated). Locker room is mostly fine, but the lockers are getting a little old. Some of the security pads have worn out, so it limits the amount of secure lockers. The service is friendly and efficient.
