I went in one morning with a fever and chills and a big red painful bump. I had one of the doctors check it out thought it might’ve been a cyst or abscess. She said it was probably a bite. Hours later I ended up in the ER with extreme pain with indeed what was an abscess.

The fact they offer walk ins is amazing and has helped multiple times but I am also a patient of PA Stephanie Lee and if I could give her 30stars I would. I also get to see Jamie who is an RN as well and together these ladies rock it out each and every time. To say I feel comfortable in their care is an understatement. They are gentle, kind l, patient and understanding. There are several other nurses here and Drs who are great as well but I wanted to give those ladies the recognition they deserve. I take my kiddos here and would recommend to anyone…

Have been going to Dr. Erinberg for almost 20 yrs. Had several test last year and no follow up from him after. When asked today was informed he has over 2,500 patients and can't call everyone of them. When questioned told me maybe not the right doctor. I do not question just ask for follow-up.

I have been to the priority care a few times. Most the providers I have seen have been decent. Last night I was there my provider was Dr Marshall. The doctor was more concerned about my weight than my issue that I came in for. When I told him what I do for a job, he recommended that I CHANGE my career because I am a health care worker and I get sick often. Then he taught me about hand hygiene like I was a child. Absolutely the worst doctor I have EVER come into contact with. I felt pushed off and not taken seriously at all. I am extremely disappointed in how I was treated last night. And being told to change my career? Seriously?! Will probably never be back again at any CHI facility.

Worst customer service it's ghost town they never respond to refill request than make me call them and the refill place multiple times I'm switching providers this is the third time this has happened with them

Doctor I saw there was highly opinionated and only cared about his thoughts/beliefs. For that reason I was unable to get medicine that I need.

Darcy, Supervisor was very helpful getting me into see someone. I am new to town and she also directed me to a eye doctor in town. Wonderful experience!

It is like a ghost town. I take it as a sign of the poor quality of the health care. I don't get any services from them. I took a neighbor there and she is now shopping for another doctor.
