Been banking with them for years. I applied for a mortgage with them the incredible guy i worked said we are going to get you a mortgage dont worry about that, and he did and its been great. Low interest rate. I watched a video took another 500.00 off. All great. I went to FNBO first, they said they were too busy and that was it.

Walked in 25 minutes before closing to open a checking account (I’ve been their sapphire card user for years now) and was told its a 30-40 minutes process so they wont be able to help me today. They didnt even ask if im in the system, straight out “not today, sir”
Pulled up an app - i can do it right from there in 2 clicks, should’ve done that i guess:)
(Ill just go to citi or anything else because i am that salty)

Elijah at this branch was amazing. Our business uses chase and I have had problems getting through online and on the phone to get our business enrolled with their online system for almost 4 years. Elijah took the time to get me through the system and get all the information straightened out. Can’t thank them enough!!

Opened a business acct with Chase last December and couldn't be happier. My old bank treated my small business like I was small potatoes, but Michael at Chase treated me like I was the most important customer to him that day. I have since expanded my business with a commercial loan at very good terms and I am looking forward to a continued relationship with a financial partner interested in helping my business grow and thrive

Very unhelpful. Usually have enjoyed banking with Chase but not since moving to this area. Tried today to deposit a check sent to us from our Chase mortgage account. there was an accidental tear in part of the check but it was all intact. Check was from Chase and we were depositing it in a Chase bank account yet the tellers said it might "ruin their machine" and so we were told we have to call Chase to have them send a new check so we can deposit it in our Chase account. Regardless of how the company is organized that's a bad look for a customer to be told that they can't accept a check from themselves because of a small tear and that they also can't contact another subsidiary of their company to help you resolve the issue. All the information is intact as well so they apparently have only one way to process checks and no manual methods to accept it?

Save yourself the headache and DO NOT bank with Chase.I have had an account with Chase for years in Arizona and never had a problem with Chase or any of their branches. Since I moved to Nebraska however, in both Omaha and Lincoln, every single branch has failed to meet even the simplest of expectations.If you have any questions, good luck getting anyone to pick up a phone. When you go in person, you'll probably be surprised to see everyone that was too busy to answer a phone call, sitting around doing nothing. Speaking to the staff at any branch in Lincoln or Omaha will go nowhere. When you need to speak to someone, that person is always conveniently not available. If you have questions or problems you get about 3 different scripted responses pretty much saying "sorry, but we can't help you." The staff is unprofessional, unhelpful, and unknowledgable even when doing basic tasks like handling cash and checks. They'll gladly accept your money, but the moment you have a problem or need a question answered, everything goes out the window.I withdrew some cash from a branch in Lincoln one time. It took a total of 3 hours to have my cash ready for me. 2 hours of that time was spent waiting in the lobby because nobody at the branch knew what they were doing and how to process a simple transaction. The last hour I was there, my cash was sprawled out across the teller's window for all to see.I tried to have a notary done in Omaha. After going to every branch in Omaha, I was unhelped. 2 branches did not have a notary on location and one had a notary that was helping another member. I was told I could not wait for the notary to finish with the member to help me. I was told I had to go to a different branch. They attempted calling the next closest branch and even they couldn't get anyone to pick up a phone. I went to said branch in person, and wouldn't you know it, they did not have a notary on location.As if being constantly given the run-around wasn't bad enough, their fees are simply ridiculous. Read the fine print if you have an account with them because they will happily charge outrageous fees on both checking and savings accounts.Once again, this is not a rant about Chase as a whole. I loved using Chase when I lived in Arizona and their mobile app works wonders, but in Nebraska, it simply is not worth the headache of having to deal with any of the local branches.

All I can say is WOW! New branch and a whole new experience for my new bride and I. We’ve used Wells Fargo for 25 years, and hated the hidden fees and terrible service.
We walked in and were greeted with an actual genuine smile. Everyone was kind and polite. Not railroaded or hidden agendas.
Assistant Branch Manager Aleeyah explained the process of opening new accounts, and spent time making sure we understood the details. Michael opened our accounts personally and gave us HIS contact information. NOT a mass calling 1-800 number. We can actually get a hold of him.
We’re running from Wells Fargo to this bank. We both felt respected and heard. You’ve just earned life long customers. Thank you many times over!

I deposited money in the atm and the money didn’t go through and the atm didn’t give me my money back. The atm only gave me a receipt paper.
