Charles Schwab. Your customer service is poor, at best. C.S. personnel do not call back, and after several calls, it's up to me, the client to document conversations, what was said, and who did I speak with.

What a waste of my time and money to go to this dump!!! Had 2 brokers say "Yes we have a medallion stamp" Drove all the way out. Wasting 45 minutes. No Charles Schwab in Nebraska has one. Looks like I'll take my stocks somewhere else. Liars!!!!!!!

Your app is garbage in comparison to TD. Is there going to an overhaul anytime soon? Without a change back to the obvious superior app, you will lose customers. Schwab app very cumbersome, not functional for an investor. Poor move, should have rebranded the superior app and dumped the Schwab app. Horrible

I recently dealt with your employee named Alex in Omaha. She was absolutely wonderful. After several weeks of being snow balled, hung up on, lied to at the West Des Moines branch i was fortunate enough to get Alex on an 800 number. She understood everything i explained that had been happening to us, and even checked with 2 different departments while i was on hold. After weeks of the run around, Alex called me back not even an hour later and had our problem solved. Can’t say enough about how great she was to deal with.

I couldn't ask for a better consultant ...Daniel Roper is very knowledgeable and professional. He makes you feel that your financial interests are in the hands of a friend instead of just another corporate sales person.

I drove 25 miles to get there and it was closed. Nothing was reported to goolge about the closing. When I arrived I saw a paper hanging on a glass door of the bank saying : This branch is closed , if you need help call... What a lack of respect for customers. Even google map did not know that the branch was closed.
