Super helpful and friendly. Thought I was having transmission issues but turned out to be a minor issue that they took care of quickly and at a fair cost. Update.. a couple years later, my nissan transmission died as they inevitably do and these guys got it replaced with a great warranty a lot faster than I expected.

Ben was so easy to work with! He provided a clear explanation of the process and updated me, as promised. I was told by a local tire store employee that this company wouldn't do things that weren't necessary, and as a widow, this was important.....as I dont know much about auto maintenance. Would use them again if necessary!

Saved me $15k!!! I had another company tell me I needed a new transmission, I took my vehicle here for a second opinion. They did a diagnostic, drive test and other testing. I walked out with new trans fluid and that was it. They were honest, thorough and great to talk to. I’m so glad I brought my vehicle here for a second option.

I'd been communicating with Ben at Omaha's NW Certified Transmission for a while before getting my truck in for service. Making appointment is easy! Now a couple days after appointment my '18 RAM 1500 HEMI 4x4 w/ 129k miles is driving better, shifting smoother, running more quiet & still not leaking!??
Ben is an exemplary employee who provides excellent customer service! He was most always available via phone or email. And if I had to leave a message he replied within the same business day. Ben helped answer all my preliminary questions a couple months before I finally made an appointment. Ben's answers were honest, easily understood and polite. His pre-service quote matched balance due.
True pleasure doing business with everyone at Certified Transmission on 11005 Emmett St, Omaha, NE 68164! Facility is easily accessible (+ very handicap accessible), realll clean and very organized. Knew right away they're running a "tight ship" operation.
I chose 6 month deferred interest financing...only took 5 minutes to apply, gain approval and pay balance due. Ben kept me updated of progress while truck being serviced. Also did excellent job explaining every charge on invoice as well as entire process of complete transmission service. Helped me install Synchrony Bank app as well! Also made sure I knew, upon inspection of truck, his technician found a small tear in my passenger side CV axle boot. Even though I was aware of it, really enjoyed knowing their employees attention to detail is important to them. Ben also explained manufacturer's recommended future preventative maintenance schedule for my particular transmission. Ben and his crew are definitely transmission maintenance specialists and it's backed up by their work and attention to customer satisfaction! I ?% recommend Certified Transmission for all your vehicle's transmission maintenance and repair. They have whole heartily earned my continued business, thanks again guys!

The technicians were great. They were helpful, responsive and helped explain what was wrong with my car. They kept communication with me open and didn't do anything on my car I didn't consent to. Would recommend going to Certified Transmission for any and all transmission needs.
