The couple that owns centering went way above and beyond my expectations!! I walked in and shared what I needed a grief resource for and they put their heads together to come up with a book that’s exactly what I needed. That would have been enough but they also gave me a big discount on the book. I would recommend anyone to centering that is grieving and needs a resource to help them.

I called in search of something for a friend whose son had died suddenly. The lady that answered the phone was very helpful. When we arrived, the manager walked me through many resources available and had a small selection of items ready for me to review. These folks are amazing and understand what people need during difficult time.

I have worked with the Centering Cooperation for almost 30 years! I have found them to be an amazing resource for any materials in the grief, death, and dying field. If asked for a particular resource, they are very knowledgeable about the field and will steer you in the right direction. Their work with grieving parents and children is outstanding. Thank goodness that a place like this exist to help families and professionals alike.

This is a gentle, loving, support center for people who are grieving a loss. The resources they can offer are nearly limitless. The are the oldest and original grief center in the United States. Many others are modeled after this one in Omaha! If your heart is aching, contact Centering! They will help you!

Treats other non-profits unfairly. Lack of compassion when that is their business.

The way they handle professional matters is disgusting

Extremely frustrating and heartbreaking to see absolutely no sympathy towards an elderly man and an elderly woman who has cancer and is currently undergoing chemotherapy. I worked at a funeral home in benson for 8 years and never once spoke to/about this “non profit”. Absolutely no outreach what so ever. They’re just a lousy book store. Also just a place for Janet to show her face off

They are awful people with no morals or understanding. They should definitely not have non profit status!!!

So many wonderful resources available with a commitment to the bereaved and those looking for just the right book, music or inspiration to help uplift and support those grieving or to learn more about grief.

Centering offered guidebooks when I first worked around grief in a hospital over 30 years ago. They continue to inspire and to offer practical tools for everyone! Grateful for their continued work!
