Work boot selection is awesome. They carry the hard to find sizes, and widths. D and EE several in-stock. Sales people are very knowledgeable.. Liz (Lizby) is bilingual,making her a great asset to the Omaha store.

Went in to buy a stetson crushable hat and a hat band All employees were on their phones around the cash wrap or laughing in the stockroom. No one asked me if I needed help. I found the hat I wanted but needed a different size. Walked the entire length of the store (another customer even asked if I worked there) back to the cash wrap and asked if they could order one in. They said they couldn't order in specific items so I bought the item from Amazon.

Pretty much a big box store, with service to match. Young girls with faces in phones & nobody on the floor talking to customers. Walked around for 10-15 minutes checking selection & walked out. No greetings, no checking in while shopping & no goodbye. Find an independent store & don't shop here.

They said that the style of boot didn't come in my size (6W womens) but after looking online I saw that it did. I ordered them online.Poor customer service because they could have offered to order them for me and save me time and inconvenience.
