Gas station are suppose to be Quick, Easy, and Convenient. Not at this Casey's though! During peak hours expect slow service at the register. Walked in today to get a pop and some change for their vacuum. One man at the register with a line of over 15 people. The line was wrapping around down to the beer section! I walked out immediately. I feel bad for the employees to have to deal with the Owners lack of staffing.

This is the third time this person, shows some attitude and I believe he needs to understand the concept of customer service. Basically if you can deal with people you're in the wrong job buddy. I didn't say anything before because we all have a bad day. But I come in mostly every week and unfortunately this person always gets me when im ready to pay. You have a very bad attitude, unprofessional and rude.You declined using my rewards because the system was down, while I've moved to the other cash register and the lady gladly help me and guess what I use my rewards. Period look for another job or retire since you look like you're ready for it.

Luis and Jose are excellent team members and every time I have come into the store Louis has been an absolute help and has an awesome attitude every single time and I would just like to say that you guys have a really good employee in the both of them I wish I could do more than just leave them great reviews because they deserve it Absolutely hard workers and awesome attitudes and make it an enjoyable place to do business at and they are the reason why I continue to patronize this store and choose the store. I go out of my way to fill up at the store because of those two gentlemen,

Paid $20 for pizza with no sauce on it I think the guy is new but very disappointed. Then he gave me a receipt to pay for the pizza which I went to the front and paid for it. Proceeded to go back to get the pizza and the guy who gave me the receipt asked me did I pay for it?? I told him yes but he wouldn’t give me the pizza until he went to the front to verify I paid for it? I won’t be getting pizza for a while from Casey’s. Customer service is not good. the business act like everyone coming through the door is trying to steal if you don’t trust the customers close the store..Do better!!!

Never has pizza ready to grab in store. Definitely never Pepperoni when they do. Ask the gentleman with the long hair if any is, by chance, in the oven and you're met with attitude. Stopped in 3 weeks in a row at around midnight. Now they're not even 24/7 and never updated their hours. To think that I just moved to Nebraska and was so excited to have a close by pizza-by-the-slice place as a late night healthcare worker. What a disappointment.

This is one of the worst Casey's in Omaha hands down. Works are always rude. Coolers are never cold. Went to grab a small milk a while back at this location and it was actually warm. Absolutely horrible

This is definitely the worst Casey's I've been to, and since I travel for work daily, I make a lot of stops. Many months ago they stopped allowing even adult, paying customers use the restroom overnight "because kids play in there". Now they don't ever open them. There is always a bunch of junk stacked in the walkway to go to the bathroom. I understand that places are short-staffed but EVERY other Casey's manages to keep the restroom open. They also are listed as 24-hour, and again, I know the world has staffing issues, but several times a month I have to drive somewhere else because the store is closed and they have all the lights over the pumps shut off (the pumps are operational but I'm not going to stop to fuel up in the pitch dark in that neighborhood). You also have to be prepared to be harassed for money, as this store has people that have made residence on or near the property. I barely feel safe going there in the light of day.Edit: Saturday morning 5:30am - lights off and doors locked.

The pizza was great. But only one person making them. He was swamped. It seems that the 2 girls running the registers could have helped him, cutting them. I was surprised to see 2 girls there when it was not busy in the front. I offered to help the guy, and he said he would get in trouble. Absolutely no teamwork at all.

Check for expiration dates when you’re here! Bought Casey’s brand beef jerky here on 07/28/23 that expired 03/10/23. Called and waited 10 minutes on hold and dude that answered seemed pretty annoyed that I wasn’t interested in a refund and would rather them check that product and others for expired goods.

Close by and convenient. They have the automatic car wash also all your beverages and food and snack stop. Very clean and friendly.
