Kitchen staff was amazing and helpful tonight! Didn’t catch his name. Friday night, October 4 at 6 PM. Also cashier was amazing. Great customer service!

My mom went in to buy a lottery ticket 06/24/2024 , a worker by the name of Justin was ”helping” her. She said went in and said she wanted to buy a lottery ticket, he goes well what’s the name and she said I forgot the name but it draws tonight. Justin said “well a lot of them draw tonight” he walked away and said to his co worker “buch hair cut” my mom lost her hair due to breast cancer and just finished up chemo 5 months ago. It’s so sick. I will no longer go to Casey’s anymore, I’d rather drive to quick trip then be around someone who would treat someone like that. Horrid customer service. She was not at all rude or disrespectful to him she just simply forgot the name and then was made fun of. we did not end up buying the ticket and left.

If I could leave a zero star review for the terrible experience I had this morning I would. Went in after a crappy 12 hour shift from the hospital wanting to get a a few snacks. When checking out the Manager was extremely rude while I was using the pin pad. I accidentally swiped my card prior to her asking if I had rewards which seemed to of upset her for some unapparent reason. Then while trying to follow the prompts she continued to make rude remarks. Couldn't leave quick enough. I will not be returning to this Casey's after this encounter.

I know its just a job at a gas station but a smile instead of a scowl / irritated expression would be nice please. I could tell she couldn't care less. Even if someone is having a bad day, no need to pass it on to others.

the woman that was run in the register wasn't at the registers. she was back at the food service counter Chit-chat and with somebody instead of waiting on the customers over at the check out counter, then she was rude enough to tell me, go to the next registered That's why there's a sign there. She was so freaking rude. She has no business running a cash register at any place for customer service.

Great team running the store! Always super pleasant and occasionally has given my brother and I free coffee or hot cocoa to jumpstart our days. Very pleased customer.

Staff are always very helpful and nice, shout out to Em and Becky. I bought a gift card that I didn't know was expired and had to come back for a new one. Em was very helpful and patient with getting everything figured out for me. :)

Carwash was pretty much worthless. They kind of spray it off at the beginning and dry it at the end but it seems to mostly be rubbing in the dirt before and after. I bypassed the dryer to do it myself and there was alot of grime all over the car. Couldn't see out of the backup cam still.

This is only a rating for the car wash and the staff inside the gas station. Everyone here is pleasant to deal with. The car wash does a great job. The guy at the entrance sprays down your whole vehicle and the guy at the end does a decent job drying everything. He also will apply tire shine if you opt for that higher tier. You can also buy the wash right from your phone and scan the QR code at the entrance. Haven’t done it yet but their app seems intuitive. They also apparently do a car wash subscription that you can use anywhere in the country.

Extremely pleased with the touchless car wash. The guy sprayed down the entire car & scrubbed the windshield before I started down the track. After the dryer was done a guy did a great job of wiping dry the car. Definitely left them a tip & will use this carwash again!

Pumps are often out of order, the credit card readers don’t work, and when you finally get any pump to work, it won’t print a receipt. Then they have one person working inside with a long line, so you have to wait 7 minutes solely to get a receipt.

Half of the pumps were broken and the card readers would not let me cancel. Do not use this Caseys.
