I called 2 times I a row, was on hold for 25 min the first time, 15 minutes the second time. How can there be no one to answer the phone for 40 min straight? It’s crazy I was tryin to buy $300 worth of pizza!

Big guy working on 7/11/24 9 PM get off your phone how gross handling our products then on phone going back and forth. Sitting in your chair because you can't stand I get it... but on your cell phone not even looking at us till you said goodbye is so uncalled for.

3rd day in a row this week there is no breakfast food out by 7am.
Seems like a silly thing to complain about out, but when you stop in in a hurry and there's no food, it's a complete waste of time.
Edit* 6/8/24- Decided to give it another shot- Nope. Still nothing. I used to come here every single morning. I don't even bother now. The kid they've got working back there looks lost and there is NEVER any food on the racks in the morning.
$10 says a Manager doesn't respond and fix this issue in the next week.
*Edit 6/10/24- 7am and no breakfast food out. People walking in and out of the place.
Just another day at this Casey's I guess. I drive 5 min down the road to the next one and they always have fresh food out in the morning.
I had to test it. Just wanted to see if this place would start living up to its old standards again. I guess not. No Chance on earth I'll waste another 5 minutes on this place another morning. I've been an ultra loyal customer here. Never again.

Combination pizza was greasy on the bottom and a little too much salt. I was there on time for the pickup. I wanted two wing dips but the computer voice only gave me one.

The manager at this location is very rude. I won't be back. The cashier and cook were very nice and I feel bad that they have to deal with her on a daily basis. I will drive to a further gas station to be treated better.

Ordered some boneless wings online, when I went to pick them up I was told "we make those to order, it'll only take about 5 minutes" ... if that's the case put it on your website or what sense does it even make to have online ordering ??!!!??

I want to thank you for my taco pizza without lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and taco sauce. Also want to thank you for noone answering the phone. Keep up the good work! Ridiculous! 20 sum dollars for a non specialty pizza! Good thing we are getting you that 15 dollars an hour. Can't even read a tv screen!

This is our favorite place to fill up the gas tanks on our cars! It’s convenient, the price is always about as low as anyone around, and the Casey’s Rewards are nice, too. ?
