Postponed delivery of the car twice didn’t really communicate an answer ended up talking to somebody that was awesome. Found out the answer. Still have no paperwork eight days later very slow uncommunicated.

At first I was hesitant, cause the concept is relatively new to me. However, during the selling process, I was able to get hold of customer service, the wait time was never long. Carvana paid me however much they promised based on the information I provided online. The In-person appointment was smooth, they've done a test drive appx 5-8mins, and I got my money deposited in 3 days. I love it, there was no haggle, no salesman tries to sell me another car or bait me with a high-offer then lowball me with "finding issues". I've sold car to car dealership before with the title, it took them 4-6 weeks to cut me a papercheck, ACH wasn't even an option. Maybe this is a little dated information; but overall, I love a car dealership without the salesman! Life is so much easier!

It was a sad day, but Carvana made it better by offering a fair price for my 21 Hyundai Tucson Limited. They arrived in the scheduled pickup window, did a brief drive, OBD check, and inspection. From arrival to check in hand was 15 minutes. A perfect transaction with no problems. Highly recommend!!!

Carvana uses shady practices to sell there vehicles. I have on multiple occasions inspected vehicles sold through Carvana and found that they were not inspected correctly. One was a Toyota mini van that was almost completely rusted out underneath luckily the customer was able to return the vehicle in time. The second was a Mercedes SUV that had had the drivers door repainted and the customer was not told. When the vehicle went through a touchless car wash the paint started to peel off of the door. Carvana would not take responsibility for not disclosing to the customer that the drivers door had been repainted. Terrible company with terrible business practices.

My experience with Carvana is mixed. The transfer of money and timely delivery were excellent. When I received my vehicle, it had external damage from shipping and did not have any oil on the dipstick. The process of getting repairs and inquiring about the oil service was very cumbersome, frustrating and inconvenient. It requires me to file, schedule, dropoff and recover the vehicle myself. It’s not ideal. My experience went from exciting to burdensome.

The person who collected my vehicle was knowledgeable, personable and professional. She showed up at the designated time and expedited the sale.

Absolutely the best car buying experience I've had! From the ease of everything being done online, to the day of delivery and having the most wonderful person deliver my new vehicle, I just can't say enough great things about this whole experience! Thanks Carvana! You have made a customer for life!

Don’t trust the 150 point inspection. Paid the 1800 non refundable delivery fee and had break issues driving away. Only option was to pay the repair myself or return it and lose the delivery fee.

Selling our car was so easy. The pick up technician called when en route. He evaluated the car for about 10 minutes, handed us a check and loaded it up. Amount paid was the offer amount exactly. I highly recommend Carvana when selling your car!

Really easy process. They picked up my car and there was no fuss. I would definitely use them again.

Process of selling a car was super easy, filled out the cars information accurately online and received a check after they reviewed the vehicle.

They were easy to buy and sell my car from but that's where it ends. I had my car all of 2 weeks and just to find out it has a TRANSMISSION problem. Something that supposedly was checked out before I bought it but guess not so not only am I paying for my car but I also am paying for a rental car that is only partly being covered by their warranty. The engine mounts were also a problem and they still aren't even sure if they are going to cover them or not! Worst experience ever in car buying and I will not be going to them again. Their claims people and the auto mechanics they work with can't even communicate with each other it's just a train wreck of an experience
overall.

Very smooth experience from start to finish. I had to sell my old car a few weeks prior and my new employer was very nervous about me not having a car. Because there are times I would need to come to work in the late hours. Went home looked into Carvana and in four days later my car was dropped off in employee parking lot. I was able to receive car during a 10 minute break. So much weight was removed from my shoulders having peace of mind knowing I again had safe transportation to and from work. Thanks again to all at Carvana!

I put a down payment on a 2018 outlander almost ago. I am a single mother so I was depending i’m picking up the car within the week like I was told on the website I could. The day before I was supposed to pick up my car. I got a text from the company, just a text. Saying your car is been delayed. So I’m supposed to go pick up my car on the 12th, which is tomorrow March 12. tell me why I just now get a call saying that I’m not gonna be able to get my car tomorrow. And if I’m not able to get my car at the next pick up date they’ll send me $150 check. I want my car. I shouldn’t have to struggle and wonder how I’m gonna get around when I’ve already put money towards a car. No one at the carvana will help me with getting an earlier date. I keep being promised that I’ll have my car and time and time again, carvana cancels my car pickup.
