Due to water damage we unexpectedly had to design a new kitchen. My husband and I feel blessed that Vicky Bauer was available the day we walked into the Cabinet Factory Outlet! WOW! Vicky was amazing to work with! She was patient, kind, helpful, knowledgeable, and all with a smile! Her follow through was stellar throughout the two-months it took for us to complete our final design. If you want customer service, that is no less, then excellent, she is your gal! Over the summer I worked with Andy to order cabinets for my kitchen. Andy was great to work with and easy to get ahold of for questions! Overall, I was very happy with my experience here and highly recommend Andy and the Cabinet Factory Outlet!

Excellent products but horrible customer service. Dana was condescending to my wife on multiple occasions. If I had other timely options I would have returned and moved on.

My husband and I are remodeling our master bathroom and are looking for quality. We visited with the intention of buying. Not one employee greeted us despite greeting othe people. They looked right past us. I wondered if they are racist but based on other reviews, they're just rude. Definitely not worthy of my time or hard earned money. If I could give negative stars I would.

We have shopped several places before shopping here. It seemed more promising and more confident shopping at CFO. We plan on going back purchasing cabinets later. We do know what we want and they have what we are looking for.

Worst customer service!! Shop elsewhere!!They measured incorrectly, told me we moved framing. I have a competitors measurements prior to their measurements that were correct (should have chosen them) The incorrect measurements caused the vanity top I purchased independent to be incorrect also. Luckily I was able to return the top. I asked for the company to make up the difference between my original top and the top from their vendor. They offered a discount but refuse to make up the difference. Basically refusing to fully correct their mistake. When talking to the manager, Megan, she was rude, argumentative, and constantly interrupted me. Little remorse for their mistake.

There is nothing like remodeling a kitchen during a pandemic but with the help of Holly & everyone else at CFO, I got a WONDERFUL new kitchen out of it. While we had some obstacles along the way, the staff at CFO were more than willing to go above & beyond to make ensure my satisfaction (even the owner came out to my house to make it right!!!). Now that is what I call customer service!!

Annie, whom no longer works here, did a fine job designing a WHOLE house cabinet purchase. She was very patient with changes. When we discussed basement cabinets, my first question was, if upon delivery, would they be placed in the basement? I was assured that they would be placed in the basement room. OK...I ordered them because of that. HOWEVER, upon delivery, the delivery men told me intitally that they were to put all cabinets in the garage. ??? Really? Then they said they could place then in one room of the house only. I would have to have them later taken to the various rooms that the cabinets belonged in. Well, after a discussion about what I was actually told BEFORE the purchase was made, I then called the company. Howland told me that the cabinets were to be placed in one room. It's interesting what happens AFTER the sale. I would have never ordered basement cabinets had I known the actual company policy. Nor was Howland present when Annie made the statement that the cabinets would be delivered to the basement. Was I to kick them down the basement stairs now?? I did not need to be lectured by him on their delivery policy. I was definitely irate with him and his unwritten policy. The delivery men ended up placing the cabinets in the rooms where they belonged. Those guys were great. BEFORE ordering any cabinets, be sure you have help getting them where they belong. Do I now trust this company? NO. They have some work to do on their "after sale" customer care. Hardware and counter tops will be purchased elsewhere as I am still irate with them. It seems that after the sale, they do not care. Argue with me again, Howland. I flip houses.
