Men’s restroom was out of order, asked to use the women’s one because it only allows for one person anyways and was refused. I think if your restroom is out of order, you should accommodate for that, it is ridiculous and I will not be coming back.

Purchased a shoe on 03/22 and tried to return it on 03/24 in Omaha Nebraska the store is on west maple road, eagle run plaza. The manager is telling me she can't take it back because they can't sell it no more even I have the receipt who says that they will accept the returns between the 30days of the purchase within any reason. Customer service is trash and lack of professionalism. I called the corporate and nobody answered the phone. I hope Burlington will bankrupt.

Every time I visit this store, I am followed by security the entire time. On multiple occasions, security has pretended to be doing tasks around the store when, in reality, they were clearly watching and following me. Their behavior is so obvious and uncomfortable that I often end up leaving before finishing my shopping.
As a Black woman, I can’t help but feel that I am being racially profiled every time I come here. No one should have to shop under constant surveillance simply for existing in the space. If you are a minority, be aware that you may be treated unfairly at this store. This level of scrutiny and harassment is completely unacceptable.

It’s Christmas shopping time, the line is a mile long and they have ONE cashier working! The least you can do is hire more cashiers during this busy season. I feel bad for the cashier and the other customers that’s been waiting in line for over 20 minutes plus now..

I had a interview at Burlington we had went to the backroom with Janet she was on the phone with another manager he was a guy they were talking about another associate all while I was in a interview. this was not professional at all
then I come in for oranitation when I got there she sais it would be 5 mins because she had to go out for a smoke she was not back for 20 mins then when she got to the backroom she had another associate with her the associate said there a girl in your office (me) she said ohh i forgot about her and laughed it off then she got in her office and had 2 associate doing something with receipt I was in oranitation when this is all happening she asked me to go to workday I told her I didn't get a email from them she was very rude and said well look somewhere else it might be in your junk . then she said I didn't push u throw I forgot and she told me I should have called her I was like umm ok then she processed to tell me I didn't fill out my background cheek when that is the first thing I did when I left the store .
was a waste of my time would never even think about working here

This store is very well maintained. I enjoyed my overall shopping experience, up until checkout. I was treated very poorly by a young girl behind the counter. She greeted me, then called a coworker over. Mind you, it’s very slow in the store because it’s later in the day. She proceeds to have a full on conversation with her coworker, gossiping about what seemed to be an co worker, and not really paying attention to what she’s doing. She finally gets all my stuff rang up, and has the bags behind the register, hands me my receipt, not so nicely I might add, turns her back to me and tells me to have a good night but still has my bags behind the register. The other young lady that was there then hands me my bags and tells me to have a good night. I’m wishing I would’ve waited in line for the other cashier because she actually had some sense of customer service skills.

Extremely messy, and water on the floor could result in someone falling. Cashier was nice though.

I was happy to find a store that had a big and tall section however all of the fitting rooms are always closed according to the front counter person. Very disappointing.
