Best lumber yard around. Have materials big box stores don't. And special orders come in quick.Lumber turns over quicker than box stores. Where lumber seems to be more twisted, bowed and lower quality. If your building a house it's the place to go to. Alot of knowledge there also.

Avoid this place or you'll regret it! They make it extremely complicated to order anything and, expect attitude. They will take forever and deliver the wrong things. Guaranteed to delay your build. A year later we are still waiting to receive our correct french doors. Lowes and Home Depot will beat their prices and can deliver it quicker.Our multiple experiences with them have been an absolute nightmare. Don't let them ruin your dream project or build. You've been warned!!!

Unfortunately, it was clear the man at the construction desk was annoyed with helping me. I went in with a list of supplies for a shelf I’m building. He informed me they wouldn’t cut wood. I asked for trim & didn’t know what trim was & told me to use the 1x4 used for the project.I couldn’t get the order because I couldn’t fit it into my vehicle. On the way out , the girl at the front desk said “I don’t know what you expect. We sell wood. We don’t cut it.” She informed me they weren’t any different than Home Depot. I guess that’s helpful information…I’ll just go directly to Home Depot next next time rather than waste my time going to a lumber yard. I’m happy to spend extra money for customer service, but if they don’t provide that, I’ll go the more economical route.Thank you, Builders Supply, for the education.

Builders Supply is truly a great asset to the Omaha/CB area. After repeated and numerous disappointments from the box store Menards yards I started using Builders Supply. Never a disappointment with B Supply. Staff and product always dependable and accurate. A+++

Worked there for 3 years in the yard under Mike Hanson, great place to work for easy hours and friendly staff. Wish I never left (just wanted change) I left on good terms I would love to come back!

We had been scouring the internet and local big box stores and could never find a decent match to our siding. We have a few bad spots on our siding that woodpeckers have decided to make their home. But Builders Supply had a very close match and had it in stock.I highly recommend going by there, they’ll probably have what you need and the friendliest and helpful people working there.

My neighbor ordered a door before the pandemic, there were issues with the door, they said they would fix it, so she returned it in late fall 2019, now 2023, she's never seen it again, a $850 door, she told me, you don't get anywhere with that company, only because your one person. She stated she returned twice and spoke with a main person who said they would help, builders never gave her the time of day. I have it on good understanding that the contractors they recommend, know didily squat, their just people who don't know what their doing and they(builders) just support these contractors or handyman because they need work, they just put their business card there for people to see.I would be careful who you hire from builders supply, they can say anything, but it's your money and they are not liable(builders) if something goes wrong. I hope they go out of business or an act of GOD hits them where it hurts, rude people who once they have your hard earned money, don't care about the service afterwards or trying to help you out.

Everytime I go to the Trim department it seems that the everyone has a bad attitude. Suggestions: have your employees wear name tags so I that the customer can say how they talked to.

My husband arrived with 30 minutes left the guys we're absolutely amazing they busted butt to get him unloaded they even helped fold his tarps to get him out of there in 30 minutes your yard crew is top notch he will definitely be back if ever dispatched here again!

Stan was amazing at helping me get a custom door size built and delivered to my house for a great price. Highly recommend and much cheaper than and of the big stores could offer by literally thousands. I had multiple quotes for over 2-3 grand and Stan got me one built for 400$ delivered at a custom size in a little over a week.

Poor service. Make you feel like you’re a problem every time you go in there to get something. Rude people. When you call looking for something they never return your call. Disorganized. When their vendor back orders items, they do not offer a discount for the waiting months on months.
