I took my daughter to this build a bear Wednesday for her birthday I informed two workers that my daughter is autistic, the worker who stuffed and closed up Bluey said that if my daughter would cooperate that there’s a wash station. This made me extremely angry it’s not about my daughter who just turned three cooperating she is autistic and was just happy about getting a new toy. Do better for the autism community.

I went here to get my vault pumpkin kitty stuffed, and I ended up getting him too stuffed. I cam back in later and staff was happy to accommodate my wishes and re-stuffed her for me! Super friendly and I'm very appreciative.

I absolutely love this mall and I think that they have such a beautiful options. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is wanting to take an afternoon to just walk around and shop.

The mall is so so sad, but Build-A-Bear maintains its gloriously welcoming and cheerful atmosphere. It was my first bear! Staff was patient and so polite and the atmosphere again was SO fun! My sister and I made Sister Bears and my Service Dog and I were respected beautifully.

I stopped by Build-A-Bear at the end of a birthday trip and was very pleased with this location. Although Oakview itself feels bored and rundown Josephine and Greyson (apologies if I misspelled names) did a very good job at not letting that ruin the magic of Build-A-Bear. They worked together as a great team with Josephine stuffing and Greyson helping with accessories, sounds, and checkout. My mom had asked Greyson if the store had a specific article of clothing seen on a display bear and they had no issue looking everywhere for it, even taking it off of the display without being prompted to. Thank you for making my niece’s and I’s birthday fun!

We travel to Omaha every year for build a bear for our child's birthday. It is always a joyful experience coming here, I will say the place is understaffed so I can understand the employees being overwhelmed.

Store hours clearly said open on Sundays. We brought our daughter for her birthday, who had to leave upset and empty handed because the store was closed. Please make sure your hours on your website and Google reflect your correct current hours so others don’t end up wasting their time like us.

I have nothing but praise for the blue-haired employee today who help my partner and I celebrate a clean bill of health after a life long struggle with adrenal insufficiency. We had a great time and felt the magic! Such amazing employees in an otherwise deceased mall.

I went to build a bear for the first time when my daughter died, right after to get a heartbeat bear and Kris the girl with long blue hair was rude insisting I buy an emotional support bear shirt, I bought so much for that bear already, a scented heart, the heartbeat feeling thing, the recording, a shirt, overalls, shoes, and a carrier, then she decides I need an emotional support bear shirt (why?) because I’m an adult with a stuffed bear so they should know it’s a heartbeat bear, oh who cares if they know or not i picked the things I picked specifically because I believe my daughter would’ve wanted them maybe at least an I’m sorry for your loss if you’re gonna add to my cart while I’m at checkout idk but there’s no reason to add another item to my stuff when I already picked what I wanted and spent what would’ve been $90, but went up to $100
