On this visit, there was only one cashier, with a long line. Which is not unusual during the morning hours when people are on their way to work.
I had planned on using my Casey's cash on this visit for my purchase. However, the rewards system was not working, as well as other aspects of the POS system apparently. There was a hand scribbled note on the credit card terminal stating that the rewards system was down. Another guest in front of me in the line could not be served because the POS was also not taking pre-payments for gas.
If there is a system issue, a sign needed to be placed at the point of entry on the door, so customers will not be inconvenienced, #1, then have to wait in the line only to not get what you came in for #2.
I paid for my purchase, instead of using my Casey's Cash. I asked the cashier if my points could be credited back at a later time. She asked the manager. who said in a snarky tone "no". I then asked if the corporate level could do it, and received the same pleasant experience.
This location frequently has non functioning pumps and those that work are out of receipt paper, causing a needless trip inside to wait in line with only one cashier.

Highly don't recommend playing the skill based games they do not pay They are a total rip-off. And before you respond to my review if You paid somebody out big. Your grand wouldn't be $4000.

This store has the worst customer service I've ever encountered. My pizza was completely undercooked and so greasy. When I called them, they were rude and talked about me to other employees while I was still on the phone and could hear, while refusing a refund.

The staff is incredibly rude and disrespectful. They refused to let me speak to a manager after messing up my order. I would not do business here ever.

Pumps took 25 mins to pump 25 gal and I was the only one pumping. Most pumps don't give receipts either. Hate this place.

Embarrassing—don’t promise a 16 minute turnaround and then when I get there 5-10 minutes after the pizza is due, tell me it will be about 10 minutes. My time is more valuable than that. I will not return to this location.
