I came by to go to the bathroom after taking my daughter to childrens hospital and they have detached outdoor bathrooms, I was sceptical but when I went in I was blown away. By far the cleanest, best smelling and best maintained bathrooms I've seen. I had to go in to tell them how incredible they are doing. The workers were so kind and said they really take pride in keeping a clean space and they're doing amazing!

Bob was phenomenal getting my car towed in after it died half way thru my errands Friday. He fixed it n I had my car back the next day by end of business day. He always is so helpful and makes maintenance on my car easy and affordable. Recommend 100% over any other mechanic out there!

Carl runs a tight ship, does good work and has been established for a long time. He also charges almost $200 an hour for labor. Most independent repair shops charge between $80-$90 per hour in Omaha and most dealerships charge between $80-$125. Mark up on parts has been consistently higher than quoted averages from others as well, which I have experienced with tires too. Love this neighborhood station but I only get gas there now.

I already like their convenient hours of operation (and open 7 days a week), even more so knowing that I can pay for and pick up my vehicle late at the attached bp fuel station/convenience mart. Both of the Buchanan's locations have done great diagnostic and repairs on my vehicles, and their labor charges were consistently competitive and fair. They always check on my satisfaction after my vehicle was serviced. I also enrolled for their scheduled maintenance text reminder messages, which I have found to be helpful and relevant.

Exceptional quality and service. Bob, the head mechanic, is trustworthy, skilled and honest as the day is long. You get treated like he was your brother. What a delight to have fair prices in conjunction with superior service! I have been going here for 30 years and they are the best in Omaha!

Bob just recently fixed my daughter's Jetta, and I was very pleased with the process from the start. He answered all my questions and was very detailed on what needed repair and how much it would be. This is a thorough, fairly-priced, and trustworthy business to go to for any car repairs. I won't got to any other.

Buchanan's Service Center, Bob in particular, and his team are fantastic. He was referred by a relative after I had a bad experience at a different garage. I'm from out of town and Bob accommodated my schedule and charged a very reasonable amount. What is more important to me is that my car is fixed and running. I have complete faith and trust that any diagnostics will be correct and that any work will be done right. I can't say enough good things about my experience and satisfaction with the services received. When I'm town I know where to go with any car problems. Highly recommend!

The service attendant was rude and told me that he was not going to help me with my tires after I had gas put in my car. He said that it wasn’t enough and I had to freely give him more money with to get my tires looked at. Then he started talking about different types of drugs. What is sad is that I have been going to this gas station since the 1980’s and now they have gotten rude and greedy. What happened to customers service. I am disabled senior citizen that needs help occasionally. Not happy with this gas station.

Bob and company have been taking care of our cars for over 20 years. I trust them implicity to tell me what needs to be fixed, what will need to be fixed, what can wait, etc. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
