Been taking my Toyota car and truck here since I moved to Omaha three years ago by recommendation of my mother-in-law. She swears she won't take her car anywhere else (might be all you need to know). They have competitive pricing, convenient location, and great hours (open until 11pm!) but it's the service I appreciate most. Fast, honest, kind, and eager to help.

I've taken a couple different vehicles to Buchanans for simple small things and always had great service. However, this most recent time was less than great. I took a car there to be inspected as this is the car I plan on getting for my teenage daughter to drive back and forth to college after taking it to a dealership I wanted a second opinion. I was told by Buchanans there wasnt anything at all wrong. When I know for sure the battery, battery terminals, fluids need flushed, and tires are needed at minimum. Very disheartening as this isn't a cheap service. $140 later for nothing. so frustrating because I thought I found an honest service station.

Karl and the team are fantastic! I highly recommend Buchanan's for any work you might need. There is absolutely nothing they can't do for your vehicles. And, they will always treat you or your family with respect.

Super thankful for the gentlemen working tonight! Just got a new vehicle but started overheating :( pulled into gas station to which two of the workers were able to identify the problem and helped get a clamp on it to be able to get home❤ thank you for showing exceptional customer service especially when you could have just said sorry without payment we can't help you. Those two really went above and beyond to help and deserve recognition for a job well done!! Thanks again!! Definitely recommending this place!!❤ thanks Stacey and Jamar!! You two are amazing ?

My heater wasn't working, needed a new blower. It's working now! The mechanics do a great job, they always take good care of my car. And, even wash & vacuum it as part of the service!

Employee from shop are was very rude from start to finish. Claimed they were too busy, yet no cars in the bays. I grabbed my keys to leave and employee followed me out and continued to argue with me. Very disrespectful. I would not recommend this shop to anyone.
