It's a western wear store, so that means three things. One, it smells great inside (leather goods!). Two, it's probably pricier than you're expecting. Three, there's country music playing. There's not much I buy at places like this except the occasional wallet. If I'm here it's usually because I am tagging along with someone else. Employees are all friendly (and, as expected, all dressed in cowboy hats and boots).

Nice store...However, check out was SO slow! There is a fine line between being friendly and talking to complete strangers about things that really don't matter. Especially when there is a line a mile long at the checkout. First visit. Not in a hurry to ever go back.

The staff didn't come to assist. They stood at register as you walk in and didn't move. I left with out asking for assistance. Didn't need the hassle!

Beautiful store. But help was indifferent. Made us feel like we were bothering them when we wanted to buy something at the checkout.2nd time we've been there and 2nd time they kinda sucked.

Went in to get a pair of boots for work. I found some i liked, but not in my size. I went to talk to a sales person (Holly) and she not only found my size at their warehouse, but had them shipped to my house for free. Great service!

New to boots? Not new to boots but want a more comfortable experience? I wanted to try some leather work boots and Raymond at this location is a wealth of knowledge. Explained the misconception of wide toed boots and how they differ from wide toed shoes. Wasn't trying to get full service, but I accepted observations and trusted his feedback. A month later and the boots we picked out are definitely working out. Thanks guys. Points system with their expiration is absolutely worthless for my application.
