The person in the store who was supposed to be helping me lied to me multiple times. Called before I went to the actual store and asked what ALL is it going to take to switch my service to boost. He said 50 dollars a month free phone. He said it would take about 20 minutes. Went in the free phone is a double downgrade compared to what I had, didn't tell about the 85 dollar connection fee. I'm disabled and live on a limited income. Then he said you'll want to buy a home case to. Told a free 5G phone. Lie. I called him when I got home to tell him and it's the capability. Lied again. He hung up on as well

This gentleman lied several times to me. I was with Boost for year's. I bought a new phone and found out the new T-Mobile towers don't work in most places in Omaha. He told me a phone case was $10 but he charged me over $17 for it. He said he would wave the $35 fee and he did not. I had money on my account that was not refunded and when I decided to return the phone to go to another carrier, he did not factory reset it as I requested. When I asked him to hand it to me to prove it had been reset, he had not factory reset it. He did not return the extra charges that he added. He stole more than $120 from me and my daughter. Buyers beware.

Guy "jeff" was no help, felt rushed and all he focused on was SELLING us a phone etc we didn't want claiming they got new towers blah blah blah ?
