I brought 6 boxes of stuff in to sell, shopped for an hour, went back for my stuff and they told me they couldn't take any of it because it smelled like smoke. MY HOUSE IS COMPLETELY SMOKE FREE. LITERALLY NO ONE IN MY FAMILY HAS EVER TOUCHED A CIGARETTE. I definitely do NOT recommend trying to sell your stuff here. Go to the one on 132nd and Center. Better selection of items, nicer staff, and they won't rip you off.

I shopped here recently and things in the boys clothing were all over the place in sizes. I’d pick one out and it would be in the wrong size area at least 25% of the time. The assistant manager said everything was supposed to be reorganized at the end of each day but obviously it wasn’t. Then there were 3 mistakes on my bill. One of the mistakes was an outfit that had 2 pieces with it but the tag said 3 pieces. When I asked the new sales associate she actually told me “No, it’s a 2 piece.” When I asked her how she knew that for sure she counted the pieces like I was an idiot and said “See, one, two pieces.” I couldn’t believe it! She basically said she couldn’t do anything about it. I spoke to the assistant manager and she apologized for her behavior blaming it on her being new. The A.M. did give me back 1/3 of the price. The associates name was Raven and she looked like she’d rather be anywhere than there. I said Thank You at the end and she just stood there. I would not recommend this store for any reason. There’s another location. Maybe it’s better. I hope. It wasn’t the few dollars that mattered, it was the principal of the thing.

Disappointed with the way this business goes about giving you back the items you took in that they don't want. Items were given back in a disarray

The staff is so easy to converse with and they usually can help find what I am looking for specifically for my two growing boys. They usually also carry a wide selection of Halloween costumes and sports items that can run expensive brand new. I appreciate the kindness and professionalism this business has bestowed to my family and I. Someday I won’t be able to shop here due to my boys graduating to adult sizes but until then, I’ll make it a frequent shopping experience! Thank you!

I brought in a ton of name brand, never worn/barley worn clothes, car seat covers, summer clothes, winter clothes, swaddles, fleece car seat onesie, and a double jogging stroller and they gave me back 90% of what I brought in and then had the audacity to offer me $70 for all of it, including the $300 stroller. I obviously took the stroller back and so they gave me $20 for the clothes they took. It not only wasted my time, but was a total slap in the face. The lady who also was working up front and who answered the phone was so….ditzy and unprofessional. This store doesn’t really have the right to be picky when every time I’ve come here to shop their clothes are always worn down and dirty looking, so not sure why they weren’t interested in brand new clothes in season.

Good variety on gently used children clothes. Some visits I find more options than others so keep checking back. More expensive than a thrift store, but better quality and newer trends.

As far as resale/thrift shops go, this is pretty average. But if you are looking for kids clothes, they have a huge selection and the prices are decent. I didn't really need help the time I went, but the employee that checked me out and another that was helping another customer both were friendly. As with other thrift stores, it's best to come with an open mind - you cannot count on finding specific items, but there's always something unexpected. Also, check out the "Last Chance" location too.

They are not friendly at all.. I walked in and they just gave me a blank stare very rude. Nice selection of clothes and Access but customer service is everything.

The store will force you to buy back in the store if the amount of clothes you sell is quoted over 30 dollars. Otherwise they will issue you a check. There is no disclaimer stating anything that is resaled to them over 30 dollars you will not receive cash like they advertise. There are a lot of people who do not have the means or resources to cash a check, and come there with the expectation that you will receive cash. They will also extremely underbid your items. This store is a scam

Good place to take gently used children's clothes. Sometimes payout is great, sometimes not, but still a great option for cleaning out the closets!

NEVER and I mean NEVER go to bigwheels2butterflies aka B2B. I have been going to their store since they had one store on 168th. I literally brought 15 pair of name brand good conditioned toddler shoes. I'm talking Nikes, Jordan's, vans that my baby barely wore. I also brought 20 brand new outfits and they offered me 66 dollars to be exact. The kicker is they gave me a check. I told them I did not want a check for 60 dollars, and I have always received cash. They said it has to be less then 30 dollars unless you're buying back. I told them i did not want to buy back like I have done multiple times in the past, and nowhere on the website or store does it say it has to be less than 30 to get cash. I definitely have a bank account but that's not the point. The manager was extremely rude and told me you know banks are open still etc. My point is they don't want to give you cash they want to force you to spend money in their store and that's that! Needless to say I got my stuff back, and I'm donating it to the womens shelter. It's not about the money it's the principal. You shouldn't be forced to buy back to get cash over 30 dollars, and if that's the case post that disclaimer period! They have no intentions on giving you cash for your gently used clothes. They will lowball you and turn around and sell it for so much more! I guess this is how they are now able to open up so many stores. So if you are looking to make quick cash on your gently used things don't go here! I've never been to any other resale store that tries to force a check on you.
