Not sure who runs this operation but I’m not very impressed to say the least. Why would they have you sign a form saying that they will call you before performing treatments and then NOT call you before? What happened to patient informed care? If this were involving a human and it wasn’t an absolute emergency, it would be illegal. This place takes your money, doesn’t do what they say they will do, and provides almost zero feedback on how to prevent issues. I’ve never been to a vet clinic who operates this way. Paying for medical records? What an absolute joke.

Best vet in omaha. They diagnosed our peanut when 2 other vets didnt. We ultimately had to have her euthanized. They were compassionate and took wonderful care of peanuts remains. Also diagnosed our oreo

The doctors here have taken care of my pets for the last 15 years! My dogs, cats, and even my guinea pigs! And I have no plans on ever going anywhere else! These people are truly the best!

Started taking my puppy there in December of 2023 for puppy shots. Then in may surgery, spaying. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. Dr. Rifer knows her business. And they seriously employ technology in their communication system. After surgery I was worried that the incision was not healing properly. The staff had me text in a picture and the Veterinarian on duty took a look and gave me feedback in a timely manner. And offered to take a look in person if I wanted. Thank you all so much!

I struggle with this vet office. I absolutely love Dr. K and two vet techs that used to work there and the care they gave my pup over the past 8+ years. However, the past two visits, the vet tech who visited with me was rude and cold. Dr. R was kind, but I could tell that she was overworked baded upon the wait last visit and the unwillingness to even peek at my dog's eye today when le she was there for a medication injection. ("Sorry, only one doc today. She can't look at her, youll need to book another apt.") When I said I didn't want a full apt, just to see if it's something that can wait or need to deal with right now, the tech said, "my advice... take her to an emergecy vet." Normally, I wouldn't post a review like this, but something needs to change. This place used to be awesome, and somewhere I would refer everyone to go to. Now, I don't think I will be returning, even after 8+ years of the same doctor looking after my pup.
