Bought some laptops online and came in to pick them up and get some protection and service policies for them. The staff was extremely helpful, kind and had no problem explaining the details when asked.

Went here to buy my son and new Xbox and the place looked like it was going out of business, shelves bare, no displays up, store smelled old and like mildew, no customer service, walked around for 20 min and no help. One guy was at the door and I asked if we could get some assistance and he said, “ I don’t know where everyone’s at”. & didn’t offer help, so I took my business to Nebraska Furniture Mart like I knew I should have anyway. And of course, we walked in NFM and we’re greeted immediately, helped promptly and was in and out. Best Buy has gone down hill and whoever is over that place needs to come in town and see how horrible the business is being ran.

TBH, I don't see my myself coming back here much anymore. The place is not what it used to be. I get that streaming is the way now for video entertainment, but not single DVD on the shelf. They still have games, but you can get them cheaper some place else. The place looks dead, barely any patrons shopping around anymore to the point that the store looks defunct. The staff is friendly, but they're just there to be there, and you almost feel sorry for them that they have to traverse around that ghost town they call a store.

Barely any products on shelves. Everything has to be ordered, which will keep me from going back. Staff didn't care if you were helped or not. Best buy is going down hill quickly.

Always a guy up front to help, employees are always nice, my only complaint would be there is usually a bit of a line and only 1 cashier, i would love to see some type of assisted self pay model instituted, but for now good job ?
