I was wanting to try a new place and do a lot of shopping in the Loveland Plaza so Bella Mia was an obvious choice. It was easy to make an appointment online. Since I hadn't been there before I didn't choose a specific person but was assigned the first available time slot which was within the week. The interior is gorgeous when you walk in with high ceilings and a waiting area up front at the receptionist desk. My hairstylist Mary Z and I had sooooo much in common, it was amazing. She took her time finding out what I wanted and was very patient yet efficient. I was very pleased with my new haircut. Payment was fast and easy right at her station. I look forward to coming back for my next haircut and possibly highlights!

Each stylist here has there own space/own price structure with a centralized receptionist. I see Amanda who is absolutely fabulous! Does a great job with both cut and color and is an absolute delight.

Went to see Shalma for a color and extensions and I've never done it before it's all new to me and she was very nice and very informative told me everything I need to know was very kind and respectful the atmosphere of the salon itself was good and elegant. The only hairstylist I trust with my bangs is Shalma Ibaara. She also always points me in the right direction when im being indecisive about trying something new.
