The customer service for this place is top notch. I had an online order not get delivered and they went absolutely above and beyond for me and then even made me feel extra special after. They have created a life long customer and I am telling everyone to shop at these stores!!!

I previously wrote a review about my experience at Beauty First at Legacy. My story was correct but I have to add that the owner has reached out to me twice to make things right. She has offered to exchange the item that wasn't right. I really appreciate her doing this. Even when I said I did not want to return to that store she offered the return at other stores. My congrat's to her doing this. Thank you.

Just had the most PLEASANT experience at this location. Girl that helped me check out, she had blonde hair, was the nicest and sweetest ever. Definitely coming back to this location because of her!

I was in line behind someone else and I happen to be looking at something on a table while holding my bottle of shampoo, I thought it was very rude of the sales person to come take it out of my hands and tell me she will put in behind the cash register while I look around, ummm I was just looking at something on the table next to the cash register I thought this was very rude and I felt like she thought I was going to steal something. VERY RUDE! I have been going to this place for years, not sure so I'll be going back any time soon.

I wanted to take advantage of the liter sale. I walked & was greeted right away. I usually use Joico & Biolage. The sales person recommended this Matrix shampoo, I’m excited to try it, I hope she was right!
