Very displeased, was told to have it dropped off by 6:00 am. Called to check on it at the end of the day and they hadn’t even looked at it yet, asked if they could keep over night , I asked if they had a loaner( no luck). 1 1/2 days latter and still waiting to hear from them . Sometimes overtime is needed to keep customer happy. But they seems they don’t care .

Tomás was exceptionally helpful from the moment I walked in the door. He answered all my questions and helped find the right vehicle for me. The purchase of my Bronco was very stress free!! Once again this dealership has proven to be the best. I cannot say enough good things about working with the staff here Mitch the Sales Director changed my attitude about hating to go buy a vehicle. I use to feel like it was my worst nightmare before we started coming to Baxter Ford in Papillion. This is our 3rd purchase from this dealership and every time we walk away with exactly what we need at a fair price. Thank you to Sean our Sales Rep who went above and beyond for us. All the staff truly care about you as a person and that matters these days.

I have passed through Omaha plenty of times moving RVs commercially. Mike from Baxter Ford commercial service department worked me into the week twice on two different truck issues. I had opportunities to seek
repairs closer to my breakdown location, but returning to Baxter Ford Omaha was worth the drive and expedience for repairs.

Edited to add: I’ve never felt so taken advantage of for being a woman. Cole, Wyatt’s manager, provided us with the invoices from my Jeep being in twice before for the same issue. The first time in was 8/24/23. I was told at this time that they “couldn’t duplicate the issue”, but after reviewing the invoice, it was driven ZERO miles, but it’s noted as being driven twice! When Cole was asked about the issue we were advised the action taken (the transmission software was updated) was done as it was “an educated guess that it was the transmission”. I brought it back 10/25/23 for the SAME ISSUE. Again I was told they couldn’t duplicate the issue. It was driven a total of FOUR miles. My Jeep is there AGAIN for the SAME issue and I feel like all they’re doing is gaslighting me. I’ve researched this repeatedly and found that this is a known issue with Jeep’s 2015-2020, but I have yet to feel like I’m being taken seriously. (9/2/24)
This has been the worst experience with the service department that I’ve ever had. Prior to this I had felt heard, respected and valued, but after my current experience, I no longer feel that way at all. This is the third time I’ve had my Jeep Cherokee in for hard-shifting. The prior two times they “reset it”. This time they’re telling me nothing is wrong because they can’t “duplicate the issue”. Wyatt is who I was working with when this was communicated. He was rude, condescending and not helpful whatsoever. They had my Jeep for a week before even calling to tell me that “nothing was wrong”. When I purchased my Jeep I bought the wheel warranty. I was advised at that time that it would cover re-dipping my rims. When I asked for this to be done, Wyatt said that wasn’t covered. Then another employee, who appeared to be shadowing him, pointed to the computer screen and said it was covered. Wyatt dismissively said “that’s only if they’re scratched”.I advised they were scratched, which to me would be the obvious reason for wanting this to begin with. He seemed irritated and noted it. Then when I was called, a week after having my Jeep, I was advised that the warranty covers $450 and it costs $600. The warranty seems like an absolute joke and not worth what I paid for it at all, but I suppose that’s my lesson. This entire experience has left me feeling dismissed, taken advantage of and very irritated. I won’t work with Wyatt again.

I am happy to report that Mission: Buy a Car was successful today! No more driving the 2002 minivan, Marge. However, I didn't get to bring it home. I found a super nice 2018 Jeep Cherokee Limited. There were 2 very minor things that need fixed that they're going to take care of. And we found a crack in the hood by the grill that they weren't going to fix. We didn't fuss, it is still a very nice used vehicle. But while we were doing paperwork, a higher-up with Baxter Ford Papillion came out & shocked us. They are going to replace the entire hood. Order a new one, paint it, & install it...all on their dime. Not only that, they also gave me a brand new Ford Escape with barely 3000 miles on it to drive until my car is ready.
Thank you to Colby & the managers at Baxter Ford. No pressure, friendly & personable service. We will definitely be back when we need another vehicle & will be recommending you to all our friends!

Olivia was great. Called and she was waiting on us when we got there.
She got us the best deal for our trade in and got all the paperwork done faster than we have had done before at other places.
We recommend if you need a vehicle this is the place to go. Great deals on vehicles and the people where nice.
